We hired Neethan and company to replace a small section of eavestrough which had been damaged above our front porch. When a collosal storm revealed weaknesses in other sections of our eaves, we hired them to come back and do the rest of the house. Both times he provided a very competitive quote. Neethan is very knowledgeable, and he and his team are punctual and diligent. They take the time to test the eaves with water (in our case from our yard hose) to make sure everything is working as it should. He kept us in the loop when they encountered an issue - he was unable to replace one section because of an issue cause by a bad roofing job, so he fixed the existing trough instead and adjusted the cost accordingly. I highly recommend the Eaves Experts. In fact, our neighbours have already booked him for their eaves.

We called Neethan over the weekend and he quickly returned our call and we booked a window and eaves cleaning service. Neethan and his worker came on time, and as always they were polite and friendly. They did an excellent job all over the house, cleaned the windows inside and out, and did the eaves. This is the third time we have used Neethan and we highly recommend him.

Out of 5 of the top rated companies listed here, Neethan was the only one who called me right away. He came out promptly to see the issue I have and advised me to what he thought would rectify my problem - grading and eaves covers. I asked if he thought a total replacement would fix my problem, but he said it was not necessary. Now that is an honest man! He showed up early the morning we agreed on, did his 'fixes' and cleaned up. He told me twice to let him know if the problem was fixed when it rained again. If not, he would come out again and deduct what I paid from my new bill. Complicating this is another issue I have now is with Avenue Road Roofing. They left my new roof shingles way too long hanging over the eaves. Neethan advised that they should rectify this also. Review of Avenue Road Roofing after I speak with them. I should have posted this long time ago but better late than never... In September 2015, I noticed water was sitting in one of the eaves. The problem was that previous homeowners cancelled a downspout but did not install a new one. Neethan answered the phone right away- unlike other highly rated companies that took days to return my call. He understood the problem right away and knew exactly what questions to ask to get all the information he needed. He even asked me to send him photos of the other eaves and of the place I thought would be best to install the new one, so he could match the colour. His quote was very reasonable (another company I contacted asked more than twice without even speaking to me- just based on the information I provided on their web form). Neethan came right on the time we agreed of. He spotted the problem immediately and fixed it quickly and professionally. I'm very happy I found Neethan. Great service, reasonable price, and highly professional!

We had the eaves overflowing with water and understanding the severity of the problem Neethan came over immediately to take care of it. He cleaned out all the gutters, removed the tennis ball lodged in the downspout and added a few extra brackets to hold everything tightly into place. Neethan is very friendly, approachable and patient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
