    Eavestrough replacement

    Neethan and team replaced our rear eavestrough in 2018. Excellent job at a reasonable price. They were so nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.

    Downspout Repairs and Snaking Outside, Basement Drain

    After the first severe rainstorm this summer, I had Eaves Experts modify the eaves and downspouts at my home and a duplex owned by my spouse. They also snaked the outside drain near the walkout from my basement. The quality of the work was excellent. On budget and on time! Since the work was completed there has not been any issues regarding water entering the buildings. I was very pleased with the quality and responsiveness of Neethan and the staff at Eaves Experts.

    Eavestrough cleaning

    Thank you to Neethan and his helper for being so accommodating and performing the job earlier. With the excessive amount of rain we've been having it has been a challenge to find a day without rain, but Neethan kept us in mind and showed up and performed the task in an efficient and friendly manner and made sure to do a clean up and bag removal. Really appreciate the clear communication and excellent and friendly service. Thank you again.

    Eaves troughs

    They were professional and efficient. The entire crew were friendly and respectful, and they worked hard and completed the job in good time, and did a thorough cleanup. And the best part was they followed up to ensure satisfaction, which I was totally satisfied with their workmanship. Im a very satisfied customer and happy that they were referred to me.

    Eaves repair and cleaning

    Neethan was excellent. Had him come for a repair and cleaning. Quick response, quick turnaround but most of all he is upfront and honest, and he is truly interested in helping his customers. His crew is amazing. I would definitely refer him to family and friends.

    Highly Recommended for Eaves Cleaning & Repairs

    Several of the townhouse units within our complex were experiencing water seepage issues and we feared having to pay enormous amounts for basement foundation repairs. Fortunately, the problems were resolved with the much more reasonably-priced services of the Eaves Experts who cleaned/removed the debris, repaired/sealed cracks & holes and checked sloping & re-secured brackets to ensure proper drainage/flow and overflow rain runoff. Neethan is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely customer service-oriented. With the assistance of Irene, scheduling, quotes and invoicing details are clearly communicated. The crew, including Pierre, Erick & Washington, are super-friendly and work long hours on ladders despite the 30 degree heat and humidity. The teamwork and commitment to their customers is exceptional! We highly recommend the Eaves Expert team and will be calling them again for regular eaves maintenance. Thank you!!!

    Clean & Repair Eaves

    Neethan and his team did a great job on my eaves. They were punctual, very professional and you cant beat their prices. Ill definitely be using them again in the future.

    The crew arrived promptly and they were very professional. They left the area clean and even took before and after photos to show me theirs work. Great job.

    Eavestrough Cleaning

    In 2021, we had noticed water pouring out of the eavestroughs during heavy rain. Several contractors recommended replacing all the eavestroughs and quoted for this. We contacted Neethan who climbed up and inspected, and reported that he saw no reason to replace all the eaves, maybe just cleaning out leaves and re-caulking. After he cleaned out the leaves, water was no longer pouring out of the eavestroughs during the next heavy rain. Due to his honest assessment in 2021, I contacted Eaves Experts in 2023 for another successful cleaning. We are satisfied with the service and honesty provided by Eaves Experts.
