Rod did an incredible job for us! He was precise and took pride in his work. (I have already had so many complements on my tile and asked who installed them) He showed up when he said and worked steady. He is honest and kind. Rod does not cut corners and finishes what he starts. I am so pleased with all that he has done and he has done alot - front entrance, laundry room, bathroom floor and shower, kitchen and backsplash. It is gorgeous. Thank you Rod for the great job you did! I would highly recommend Rod to anyone. He is trustworthy and in the trades, that goes a long way.

Rodrigo and Roberto were absolutely amazing!! I couldn't be more delighted in their work and who they are as people and as professionals. They are everything you could possibly ask for. They were an absolute pleasure. They were extremely friendly, helpful, timely, professional and their work was impeccable. I honestly can't extoll their virtues and their work enough! I needed my bathroom re-tiled after someone had butchered the job. Despite challenging circumstances and timelines, Rodrigo went out of his way to help me and did a wonderful job. In order to do that, he readjusted his already busy schedule, was extremely helpful in making suggestions and consistently went above and beyond what I expected. (He even scrubbed my bathroom and sink clean despite the fact that it was already dirty from earlier renovations). Also, everyone who comes into my bathroom can't help but comment on how amazing the tiles look. I can't help but comment on how amazing they look. I'm not actually someone who writes reviews, but in their case, I was so impressed I had. And, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. It was an absolute joy and pleasure to meet them and work with them. Really, really great guys! Seriously! If you need any tile work, they are a MUST, you'll be so grateful you did.

I was in a reno dilemma when the contractor I hired to help renovate my main floor failed to have the bathroom tiled when requested, so that we could fully utilize the bathroom and keep the rest of the house renovation on track. I called several tiler companies on Homestars and Rodrigo answered the call! Not only did he offer to help us literally on short notice (within 2 days of my initial call), he even piggy backed our job with another he was doing in the same general area of town, travelling between both on the same day. He had our small bathroom fully tiled and ready for grouting within 2 days. What I appreciate the most is that he didn't take advantage of our situation given our tight timelines, he respected the quantity of tile I ordered leaving minimal waste, and the bathroom was left clean after each visit. Despite the simplicity of the tiling pattern and tiles we selected, I appreciated the way he added the tiling down around the tub area and took the tile edging to the ceiling. Absolutely fantastic. We've received several positive comments from other trades about Rodrigo's work! I would absolutely use Kasa Bella again.

Needed porcelain floor tiles installed in new laundry/powder room and because of a scheduling conflict we needed them done with very little notice. Rodrigo was fantastic: he was able to fit us into his busy schedule in just a few days; his price was very fair and the work was excellent; he showed up on time and was friendly, courteous and very fast. Also, a seemingly small detail but so very appreciated was how much care he took in keeping everything clean while he worked. We highly recommend Rodigo and Kasa Bella. I needed a backsplash for my small condo kitchen after I replaced the counter. I chose Rodrigo based on the reviews here. He assisted with my tile choice - and found me a better price. His recommendations were spot on and the result is fabulous. I finally have a kitchen I love.

My wife and I recently completed an extensive interior re-design of our home. We needed someone to do the tile work for three bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash. We went on to Home Stars and found a couple of contractors to do this work. Rodrigo was the most professional out of all of the trades we contacted. Our first meeting was great and we had no hesitation in hiring him. Due to a cancellation, he was able to start right away. We had little time to select our tile, but he came with us to the store and helped us by offering his ideas and recommendations. It made the whole selection process a lot easier and enjoyable. Rodrigo was extremely flexible and wanted to ensure that we were completely satisfied with his work. Before he would put up a sheet of tile, he would be sure to confirm the orientation and or layout. Everything was fully discussed and the communication was excellent. Overall the experience of working with Kasa Bella was really enjoyable and we are 100% satisfied with the workmanship. We did notice that some of the caulking surrounding our tub was cracking after use, but we called Rodrigo and he made his way over to repair it. We highly recommend Kasa Bella for any and all of your tile needs.

After twenty nine years with the same tile in our entrance and hallway, we decided it was time for a change. Our experience with Kasa Bella was positive from the beginning, Rodrigo came to our home and advised us on the work required, he brought sample tiles and took time to listen to our questions and explain in detail what was involved and gave us a time line on when the work could be completed. The new floor has transformed the entrance to our home from ho hum to alive and beautiful and made us very happy, the workmanship was professional and of high quality and completed on time,within the time line given.
