Frank was great to deal with. On time, professional and fairly priced. Dealt with our leak in one day, left the site cleaner than when he showed up. Would highly recommend.

Came upon Frank and Ace Waterproofing in our neighbourhood's community page. He came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Quote and costing was very reasonable and the additional services - from sourcing the replacement cement stones to removing a botched draining hose were so appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right, without compromise. The Waterproofing of the side of my mother's semi detached was a large and difficult job - in the high heat of summer. After several quotes, I was most impressed with Frank's thoroughness and recommendations that were not pushy. He even recommended that I get additional quotes and do research before deciding on a company since I was so green. Appreciated the detailed Communication, and Frank was always reachable to answer/clarify any concerns or questions. Throughout the process, what he promised was delivered. Details were not missed - very impressed with the cleanup and professionalism of Frank and his team. After the very heavy rainfall in September, Frank's waterproofing work passed with flying colours! Highly recommend this company. Frank and team did an outstanding job. I was kept in the loop throughout the days, updated on progress, discussed what was done on a particular day and what the next steps would be. The quality of work and the quality of professionalism displayed is amazing.

Frank and his team did a fantastic job waterproofing our house. The work was top notch and their attention to detail was fantastic. Each night the job site was tidy and nothing was left in a mess. The team communicated well throughout the project and kept us up to date on progress and any issues. The (small) issues we faced were all easily solved by the team, after presenting us with options and costs to let us to decide on which route to take. Frank and his crew worked incredibly hard to get our difficult job completed, and they left the site clean at the end of each day, for the safety of our dog. Importantly, the communication by Frank was great. His price was very reasonable, compared to other quotes we obtained.

We were referred to Frank by a family member that had their basement leak fixed about 2 years ago. They were very satisfied and we are very satisfied now with the work that Frank and Ace Waterproofing has completed. Frank is a professional, hardworking guy! He is very courteous and explains what he will do and how he will work to fix the issues you have. Frank came and finished his job in 1 day and he did quality work. Frank did an amazing job repairing the cracks in my foundation. Very professional and extremely good customer service. I would recommend him to anyone having issues with water. Very clean, very courteous.

Frank and his team were a delight to deal with from the thorough estimate process all the way through to project completion. We also received estimates from three of the "big" players in this industry who each sent salesmen to spend only a couple of minutes to close the sale without any thorough explanations as to process or an attempt to address our concerns. In stark contrast, Frank from Ace Waterproofing was patient, very thorough in both his explanations as to the cause of our problems (leaking basement) and how he would solve the problem. This included Frank showing us detailed photographs of every stage of the procedures recommended. To top it all off, Frank's estimate was not only more thorough than all other estimates received but also far more affordable. We were referred to Frank by our neighbour. To date, three consecutive adjacent homes have now had their basements waterproofed by Frank and his team. We are all very satisfied. In every case, Ace Waterproofing worked on the full-back and side of our house and our neighbours. Ace Waterproofing provided truly exceptional service and quality workmanship. We've faced no issues to date and our basement is bone dry. Frank is great as were all the members of his team. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again for future projects. Highly Recommended.

ACE Waterproofing came highly recommended by my coworker about five years ago. Since then, we have used their services on two occasions, the first leak project was an exterior wall. We found Frank and the team to be professional, pleasant, thorough and timely. They left no trace that work was completed on the property, spotless. Our house sits on a high water table and we have been plagued with leaks for the twelve years we have lived here. In 2019 we renovated the basement to repair damaged studs and mold infested walls. A few months after the basement flooded. Naturally, we panicked and reached out to Frank for the second time. We had to wait through the COVID 19 restrictions. Finally, Frank and his team arrived, dug a trench included weaping tiles and a sump pump. The job was affordable and neat. We are completely satisfied and would absolutely recommend ACE Waterproofing.
