Re laid driveway and patio
The interlock driveway was re-laid as well as the patio. I have some blocks which are lifting, perhaps 20 stones. so relatively minor but I have e-mailed 3 times and phoned once but no response. it was covered by a 2 year warranty but has now expired due to non response. It is a fix that could be handled in an hour or two . Optimistically I am hoping that they are just too busy to respond, or the message was mis laid, but either way disappointed , and hope they will fix.

installing polymeric sand
Worst service ever. Installation took place in summer of 2016. Holes appeared everywhere and weeds came back again. I asked them in July 2017 to come fix the issues since I have a so called 2 year guarantee, but my messages have been ignored since.

Installed Banas stones on pool deck, near retaining wall
Hired Jay in May 2016 to fix pool deck which was sagging near retaining wall. It looked really nice but His crew neglected to add geotextile material to prevent sand from washing out from under the stones. Now 4 months later, I have exactly same problem as before. Uneven stones that are shifting, every time it rains it gets worse. I paid Jay a lot of money to do the project and now that he has my money, he doesn't even answer my calls. Not happy at all

It seems that every year you get one customer that is unreasonable though I have made several replies that we will come and attend to the perceived problem: presently, the stone work is level and looks great! The customer does not understand why some leveling sand has bled out through her wood retaining wall. I explained that we would come to her home and take a close look at the problem in question and deal with the issue if one exists. Again, the stone work has not sagged. The sand that she sees on her retaining wall was the result of the vibrating plate tamper/compactor has compacted and vibrated some of the sand due to the high intensity of this compactor. If there is a sagging problem up and above this issue of the sand on the retaining wall I have assured Daniele that we will repair/fix the problem, no charge. She has a two year warranty and I have always and will continue to honor all warranty issues. But currently we are in the middle of a large installation: we cannot simply drop what we are doing and go to her home - instantly as she is requesting. This is a preemptive complaint that the stone work may sag in the future. Again, currently the stone is level and there is no justifiable reason why Daniele cannot wait for our crew to finish our current installation and then come and take a close look at her concerns.

Interlock Driveway Repair
Jay and his crew did an amazing job of restoring and improving my 25 year old weed-infested interlock driveway. I expected that it would be much improved after the repair, but the work they did exceeded my expectations. The borders and stair they installed were superior to what we had agreed upon. I highly recommend Halton Interlock.

Relevel existing interlock on front porch, side patio, back patios
We are more than satisfied with the end result to our interlock stone project. The workmanship was A-1. It's not often these days that you have workmen who are professional in their approach, skilled in their craft, care about the customer and the finished product. Extra time was taken to make a good job an excellent one. The crew were accepting of customer ideas and together we problem solved the reconstruction issues but also appreciated the aesthetic value of stonework in a garden. Form, shape, colour and texture all work together to enhance a garden's appeal. The crew had a wonderful work ethic, not cutting corners when under time constraints. Relaying interlock stone is messy, noisy and just plain hard work. Attention to all three was acknowledged by the crew.

relay pavers
Booked Halton interlock to do a small job.Lift clean and replace pavers by side of house They .under estimated time and material to do the job.Jay tried to fix all the mistakes but could not .would not recommend then for a small job.,.They have come back and fixed all Proplems. Very satisfied.

interlocking patio
We are pleased with the final product and price and how Halton Interlock addressed some unforeseen obstacles along the way. Louis and the crew were very professional and attentive to our requests.

poor job
Jay installed interlock throughout the yard. I netogiated a 2 year warranty. Before the warranty was up I noticed the sand disappearing....holes and weeds everywhere. I called and emailed Jay a number of times and he never called me back once. They obviously did something wrong. Poor quality work. Spent thousands and am I ever unhappy.

Re-lay driveway and patio
The job was well done although hindered somewhat by late delivery of supplies and a half-day of torrential rain. The crew worked well together to complete the job and the finished product looks good.

Interlocking Brick Cleaning
Having just has some landscaping done we decided to have our interlocking cleaned as it hadn't been touched for over 8 years. Called Jay and he came with his crew; the job was completed in 2 days and the results are fantastic - power washed the bricks, new sand and sealing. Looks like new! Would not hesitate to recommend this service.
