Nino and his company was mentioned to us through a family friend. At the time of our consultation, we had both construction with the water pipes on the main road, and a company doing our landscaping. This lasted throughout our entire encounter with RGI. Nino and his crew were able to work efficiently and effectively around both obstacles and finished the job in just a few days. The quote we got from RGI was the best quote amongst several quotes we received, and the work was amazing. We had Nino and his team move around multiple sprinkler heads due to the landscaping that was being done, and he did it right away, without complaints. Anytime we needed RGI, they would come to our house the same day. Nino would also talk to our landscaping company to answer any questions they had. All in all, Nino and the rest of the team from RGI did a great job on our sprinkler system, and we would recommend him to anyone.

Nino and his team did a fantastic job with installing our sprinkler system throughout our lawn and flower beds. They paid attention to the exact placement of the sprinklers and were careful not to destroy any plants during the installation. Nino was very quick to respond to all of our questions. The crew was neat and efficient. Our lawn has never looked so good!

I did a lot of research before choosing RGI. I am usually very detail oriented and spoke with about 8 companies before going with Niño. He was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive but what I liked from the beginning was that his knowledge and expertise about the way an irrigation system should work is phenomenal. He walked around the entire property on his first visit, checked out the basement, spent quite some time explaining systems and gave me a written quote with a 1 year labour an 5 year parts warranty. He came back again in a couple of days to clarify the number of sprinklers that would go into my system. His customer service has been incredible from the get go. Niño is a very down to earth, straightforward and most importantly a reliable person. The installation took place as planned. The crew of 3 including himself worked hard to finish the job. There was no damage to any flower beds and just lines in the grass where the pipes went in that are beginning to get covered. His team took great care in ensuring that the property was undisturbed and cleaned up everything before leaving. He explained the entire system and walked me through the locations of each of the nozzles. To give you an idea of how honest he is - the original quote for installation was 25 heads and he installed 32 - and didn't charge for the extra! I usually don't take time to write reviews and this is my 1st one. I am just so happy with the job! Don't waste your time talking with other companies. Niño is the best there is out there. If you would like to see my system working ask Niño for my address and I can show it to you. If there was anything more that 10 stars RGI is deserving of it. Hope this review helps you choose the right guy for your install. I already recommended him to my neighbour and he is getting the system installed next week. Would recommend to family and friends.

Nino and his crew installed a sprinkler system for us last year and we have been very happy with his work. He was prompt to call us back and provide us with a quote, the installation process was very professional without any damage to our existing lawn, and he was always available and patient in answering any questions that we had. We have a large irregular-shaped corner lot and Nino did a great job putting together a plan to ensure full coverage was provided. The system has worked well over this past year and Nino has provided good service in shutting the system off in the Fall and coming back to start things up again in the Spring. We have been very happy with the job he has done and the service he has provided.

Nino was a true professional throughout the entire process. Although he was very busy, he was prompt in returning phone calls. We were very pleased with the installation time, and the clean up by the crew afterwards. So glad to have this system so that I am not wasting my time watering anymore. We had Royal Green install an irrigation system two years ago. It has made such a difference to our lawn and plants. Customer service is first and foremost and Mino is always there to answer questions and help you get set up for the summer watering and assists with turning off the system in the fall. I have recommended Mino several times to friends. Way to go Mino and team!

I laid 10,000 sq foot of new sod last year. After going through an extensive research into various makes and models of sprinkler systems, I finally decided to put a sprinkler system as manual watering was getting a bit too much. Initially I was planning to install the system myself as some of the quotes that I got early on were a bit too much. I was fortunate to get one from Nino and his quote was not the lowest but since I had done a high level analysis of the cost of material involved, and given the number of stations, Nino’s quote was the best after I worked in a reasonable labour and a premium that I was willing to pay to someone who had done it before. Nino and team exceeded all my expectations. The work was done to my expectations and everything was explained to my satisfaction. I am very pleased the way it turned out and now I have a great watering system for which I did not have to break the bank. Given my experience thus far, I intend to stick with Nino for my annual fall closeout and spring start-up of my system. I highly recommend RGI and Nino for your sprinkler services.
