The job was done well. The only thing that would take me to a 5-star review would be the cleaning up of residual grout on the cement slabs so the installation looks clean. I had to Comet that off myself.

Krolicki Masonry parged to top few rows of chimney where some bricks were starting to flake and repaired concrete chimney cap. The work was completed without putting up scaffolding as requested due to neighbor issues. I haven't been on the roof but the chimney looks good from the ground.

2 masons were polite, efficient,took measures to protect door underneath windiws with a sheet of plywood. Job looks neat. They cleaned up and renoved any debris completely.

We noticed a leak in our ceiling caused by a problem with our chimney. Greg came up the same day and quoted the job. Due to our scheduling challenges, Greg was able to do the job within a day. His men arrived on time, worked quickly, repaired the mortar around the top bricks, installed a concrete cap on the top of the chimney, and filled all the cracks in the bricks around the house where mortar was missing. The area was left spotless.

We had a great experience with krolicki masonry. They showed up on time and finished the job within a day. Our chimney was in very rough shape as you can see in the photo below. We were very happy with the work done. They made sure to clean up after everything was done. We would happily use them again for future services.
