    Fixed connection to EPCOR meter

    EPCOR came to all the houses in our area to update their meters. Our elecrtical cables had sunk with the settling of our foundation (I guess) and for some reason would not reach the new meter properly. As the homeowners we were responsible for getting the cables extended to reach the new meter. Robart Electrical gave us a reasonable quote for the work and we hired them. They coordinated the work with their electrician and EPCOR and we have power to the new meter. Robart was very professional, gave good instructions on the prep we had to do before they could begin work, and did a great job.

    Additional plug ins

    I hired Robert Electric from the positive reviews on Homestar. They were hired to install additional outlets in my kitchen and I am very satisfied with the work performed. The young man who carried out the job was very knowledgeable, curtious and friendly. I will use Robart again should further work arise.

    Safety upgrades on an older home with Aluminum Wiring

    My home had a small electrical fire behind the fridge in our kitchen. When Rob came to see it, I realized the renovator who did (I thought) an awesome job on my kitchen renovation did not pull an electrical permit or follow guidelines for the job. I had indicated a need for many more plug ins, lighting and also a heated area of the floor. Needless to say, the fire was due to too many items on a circuit. Rob had that issue fixed but then I wondered about the safety of the rest of the home. So last week, Robart Electrical sent a crew of 3 friendly electricians to do a safety upgrade throughout the home. They changed my panel to one large one with space still available after everything was switched to code. They also upgraded some plug ins in the kitchen, changed dimmers to allow for led lighting and added proper lighting and wiring in my crawlspace. I must admit I am sleeping better now.

    Electrical outlets

    Chris did a fantastic job of upgrading several plugs in our basement. He also installed a new sensor light on our garage. Unfortunately the first one he installed would not shut off so purchased an LED sensor light that he installed. It is working great. Had a new cable line run for a TV. I would highly recommend Robart Electrical who came when they said they would and the price was reasonable.

    Electrcian

    Very professional service. The electricians are knowledgable and polite. The hours logged are on the conservative side. I would recommend them to anyone. Also they have very thorough follow up service.

    Kitchen and Basement Renovations

    In the last two years, I have done both a complete kitchen and basement renovation. The work done by Robart Electrical Services has been fantastic. Getting an estimate was easy, everyone focused exactly on what I was looking for, and the tradespeople were very friendly. I look forward to using them for more projects to come.

    Electrical Upgrade

    I had my service upgraded from 60 to 100 and moved from the kitchen to the basement. While assessing they also found some aluminum wiring in my basement and were able to take care of that while they were here. The boys were very knowledgeable, courteous and willingly answered all my questions. They even put up with my crazy dog. I definitely recommend this small business.

    Ryan did a good job! He is punctual, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Service charge is reasonable. Rob and Mindy responded to emails promptly. I will recommend to family and friends.

    Replace defective parts

    I had this company do all the necessary electrical upgrade in our new (not brand new) home. After a few months one of the outlets was defective, as I was later told by the technician. I called Robart Electrical, and asked for an opinion. The service was efficient, on time, quick job, gentle phone service, and was reminded the job would come at no cost, as it was still in the guarantee. So, honest people too. 2 thumbs up!
