Robart was timely, organized, upfront, and knowledgeable. No hidden fees, everything is done quickly. That being said, they are not the cheapest I have found. But they are worth it when you need something to be done right the first time.

We had a major renovation to upgrade a property we manage - Full house - adding electrical capacity in support of additional dedicated circuits for Microwaves, Hood Fan, Fridges, as well as 2 Bath Fans. Rob and his Team are great to work with - they do a very thorough assessment of your needs, and understand the key components to meeting code and gaining correct approvals from the city. The Complexities involved in meeting requirements for 2ndary suites, as well as upgrades to current code, safety & user friendly installs. Their quotes are thorough and accurate, as well as consistently price competitive. They are fast and responsive, and also very flexible about making changes to the scope of work before and during the work occurring. While completing the work, the electricians on site are friendly and knowledgeable to ensure you get the work done correctly but also ensuring that they understand the original problems / challenges / goals of the project and even suggesting ways to meet those goals in the most effective manner possible. They have consistently saved me money, and provided invaluable consultative services at no cost to ensure my projects are executed exceptionally well. Their after installation services are also very impressive - even after being paid for a completed job, the quality and responsiveness continues at as high a level as one can expect. They have surpassed any other provider I have dealt with in this trade and others. While I am a small customer compared the their many, they still are exceptionally committed to the quality they provide - every time I do a project, and get 2- 3 electricians to quote, and every time Robart's quote is the most intuitive, comprehensive, best aligned to requirements of the job, safety needs, and codes. They are also always again - priced at or below the other providers. Their customer appreciation is evident even months later when I receive gift baskets and thank you cards for being their customer at special occasions (ie 1 Christmas they sent one after we had done a job) - When I commented 2 years later about how much my wife loved the mugs that came in it, with in 2 days, Rob personally dropped by my home to deliver a couple more. This in my mind is an outstanding effort to show appreciation to a very small customer who may only need to get them to do work in the $500-3000 range once every year or 2 at most. They have earned my trust and confidence as a partner in my efforts to meet all required safety codes in the most affordable and efficient means.

I just bought an older house in Sherwood Park which had some Aluminium wiring. My insurance required this to be inspected and following those results there was an upgrade required for my house. Robart quoted me a fixed sum to perform the required work and inspection which was completed flawlessly with no upset to the house. No damage to exsisting decor and absolutely no disruption to the home. The price quotes was the price charged. Just an all round great job. If more companies operated like Robart Electrical there would a lot of happy people out there. Thanks. Hugh

Rob and his guys were great. I had many electricians come and quote on my job and got different answers from each of them about the price, and what I could and couldn't do. Rob was patient through the process and answered many phone calls and emails before I had agreed to go with him. His guys replaced two old panels with one new one, and installed another panel and new service routing into my garage to eliminate the overhead lines to the house while also upgrading the total service to 200amps. The job was done exactly how it was proposed, for exactly the estimated costs. You can't ask for much more than that. I'll be calling these guys going forward for my electrical needs now and will suggest them if electrical needs ever come up with friends. Thanks a lot Rob and crew.

I have had Rob and his electricians doing work for me for years, and most of the time absolutely no issues. When there is an issue, he takes it seriously and it shows that he cares a lot about the quality of service. This time they were replacing a couple of ceiling fans for a tenant, and everything went well. I asked the tenant and she confirmed that the service was excellent and everything was left tidy.

Replaced fluorescent lights in garage and pot lights in basement recreation room. Very satisfied with all aspects of the project. The team was friendly, courteous and professional at all times in all respects from start to finish. Will definitely use them again.

Upgraded service to 100 Amp and had the overhead wires replaced with a buried service. Quite happy with the work and how it was done on schedule in the time frame that was estimated. One problem was encountered that was related to the install but mostly fell on how my was wired / rewired about 30 years ago. It gave Nathan a bit of grief but once he got a handle on what the previous electrician had done the issue was resolved. If you need electrical work, consider this team, you will be happy with the results.
