Hi Rob; The gentlemen electricians you sent us to do this job were indeed first class in every respect. They told us on arrival that the job would take all day and we would lose power for 3 or 4 hours. So we knew up front what to expect! All this was done in a most respectful and forthright manner. The lead hand (Ryan) then organized the job by listing all the units that had to be serviced in each room; then he prepared all necessary materials in one place so as not to disrupt our daily routine as much as possible. By the time the next man arrived the project was well under way. Both of them worked quickly and with noticeable good skills all the while displaying their friendly personalities. Rob looked at our requirement for a replacement subpanel which was needed to add circuitry for an airconditioner installation. The quote he provided was reasonable. Rob had Ryan, a pleasent young man, do the installation. Ryan was very efficient, completed the exchange within half a day, and left the work area tidy . I would hire Robart Electric in future and would recommend them to anyone requiring electrical work.

Robart Electrical provided excellent service for us, recently. We needed two lines put in to accommodate grooming equipment. I looked on the net for an electrical company with a good rating (in the Edmonton area) and found Robart Electrical. Rob came out and gave us an estimate. We had a time constraint and this was accommodated. All the work was done on time. From the owner, to the administrative staff, Mindy, to the electricians who came to the house and did the work, I say "bravo". Robart Electrical Services provided exceptional services from my initial contact requesting service thru to the work performed. All staff were very pleasant, professional & competent. The electrician and his 4th year apprentice represented themselves/company in a positive manner. They confirmed the work to be done, explained what they would do and the time to complete their work. All was done as requested and to our full satisfaction. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

We were impressed with everything about this company, Rob and his employees. We chose them because they were recommended as honest and qualified by an electrician friend of ours who had worked for them as an apprentice. We were pleased with the service we received - timely, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. They spent two days in our small professional office, and accommodated to our situation so that we did not have any down time while they were here. They worked efficiently and cooperatively, with us and with each other, and cleaned up before they left. We would certainly use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

I'm building my basement and I did some electrical rough-in myself as I had done some in other parts of my home and felt reasonably confident with simple wiring. The city would not issue me a permit however because it's a townhouse; they'll only issue permits to professional electrical contractors to do work in attached housing for safety reasons. I had done a lot of work already, so I called a few companies for help complete it properly, but many didn't respond or declined to help. I called Robart Electrical Services, they were prompt, efficient, courteous, upfront about scope of work and costs, explained to me some major changes in electrical code that recently took effect that I wasn't aware of, and had me scheduled the following week. The journeyman and apprentice who came were knowledgeable, and again prompt and efficient, working 6.5 hours straight through the day checking everything, bringing it up to code, added a subpanel, and had a really positive problem solving approach "how we can help" versus the other companies "why we can't help." I was concerned they would lecture me for attempting to do the work myself, but that wasn't the case at all. They pulled a professional contractor permit and I got the city inspection which passed without any problems, and the inspector said he always sees excellent workmanship from Robart Electrical. As a DIYer, I had not planned on paying someone else but given the circumstances (permit complications, code changes) I actually felt it was money well spent and very good value (13 man-hours plus the cost of the permit and subpanel.) I was very happy with everything from start to finish, and will use them again without hesitation if I ever need to.

We had multiple small issues due to bad previous renovations, and Robart eased our concerns, quickly identified the problem areas, and repaired appropriately. Prices were very fair and the workers were professional.
