We were very happy with the service of Robart Electrical Services. Rob (the owner) came out very quickly after being contacted and reviewed the job. A quote was sent to me a couple days later and he followed up with a phone call. He was very polite and courteous as were all the staff from reception to the actual workers. The day before the job, I was given a reminder call indicating the time they'd be here. The day of the job, they arrived on time and ready to work. The job was completed in the time stated and the guys were very polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. After completion of the job, I was given a walk through to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction which it was. There was one item (a light sensitive motion sensor light for our backyard) that couldn't be tested properly before they left, so that evening we noticed it wasn't in proper working order. I contacted them again to inform them of this and someone came out a day later in order to fix the problem. Everything went well and we are very happy with everything that was done.

I contacted Robart Electrical to have my electrical panel in my basement changed out for a larger one. Rob Swyrd the owner made a house call the next day, took a look at the job and clarified the scope. Within 2 days I had an estimate in my inbox. They took care of everything, scheduling with Epcor, permitting, and city inspector. My electrician was Greg. He gave me a courtesy call when he was approximately 20 minutes out and again when he arrived. I showed him the job and he eagerly began work. Due to my own error, the job scope had to be changed on the fly- Greg called head office and had the paperwork/invoicing changes taken care of immediately and seamlessly. He was fast, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to answer all of my questions about code requirements and materials used. When he was finished I had a very presentable panel and (again) functioning electrical system. He packed out all of the waste/recycle materials created and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. He walked me through the steps of the job and explained what was done in each, asked if I had any final questions, and left contact information. I will definitely be using Robart Electrical in the future and will recommend this company to others.

I needed an electrician for some new wiring in my kitchen, I saw all the positive reviews for Robart Electric so I emailed them, and the next day I recieved an email back to call Rob. He was very polite and helpful in answering my questions and made arrangements to come and do a quote. Within 2 weeks his crew came and did the wiring, they were also very polite and took the time to answer my questions. I am very happy with the work and would definitely recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Robart Electrical Services. Rob came within a couple of days of contacting him to provide a quote. He was comfortable with the challenges that come with an old house. The work was done by Nathan. Nathan was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. He even went the extra mile to change out old plugs so that they matched the new ones. Mindy, from the office, was also friendly, organized, and fantastic to deal with over the phone. I would highly recommend Robart Electrical Services!

Installed two ceiling lights in two bedrooms in a condo building. One light involved external wiring and the other light had internal wiring. Appreciate the fine work, thanks so much.

Our house had a outdated 40 amp service requiring a a solution. Rob and his people came when promised, did what was promised with minimal damage. This is a family run business that is a pleasure to deal with. I am planning to use Robart Electrical for other projects

Required Master Electrician inspection for insurance purpose due to aluminum wiring in house. Scheduling staff was articulate, excellent and informative. During the task, the personnel were courteous, punctual and prepared. Task was completed as per estimation time. After the task completion, all personnel cleaned up all area of work, no mess were left behind. It was a hiccup free experience well worth the price. Thanks

I had Robarts come out after another electrician totally messed up a 3-way switch. From the first contact (great voicemail message, Rob!) to the booking (Mindy is excellent!), to the actual work (Ryan Skoreyko) and the followup, Robarts was great. I was very impressed with how fast they were able to get the work done. They also helped my husband with my dog's harness, which is above and beyond!
