    Acerage Renovation

    Rob and his crew did a wonderfully professional job of a major sum pump, septic system renovation. They were on time and under budget! Way to go Robart! You simply can't go wrong using their services. Highly recommended!

    Wiring new garage lights and outlets, upgrading main panel, installing 220 outlet, replacing tablesaw cord with an extended heavy duty cord.

    Rob himself came to look at my project, was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Received a quoted price by email within a day or two. Accepted his price and a date was set. One of Rob's guys showed up on time with a great attitude. Work was well done, at quoted price, even insisted on cleaning up a small mess I told him he could leave. One of my best experiences with a contractor in my home. I've made sure to recommended him to friends and co-workers ever since.

    Replacing receptical and fixing electrical panel

    I found about Robart Electrical ltd on my real estate membership forum, as one of members was recommending their services so i decided to use them for fixing electrical problem in one of my properties and i am very satisfied with ther services and pricing. I would recommend this company to anyone else who is looking for reliable, fast electrical service company with fair pricing. My name is Vito and i am real estate investor.

    change out lights, fix remote for roll shutter

    Very prompt, very competent, came to survey job and provide estimate first, persisted with difficult roll shutter remote control problem, very courteous; careful, excellent work! Willingly came back for a touch-up. Stuck to original estimate.

    Electrical work for bathroom fan and rangehood.

    I was very pleased with the service provided and found the price reasonable. I got a couple of quotes and this one was by far the most economical. They were able to fit me in on short notice. No mess was left and the electrician was pleasant.

    A property manager's dream.

    I am a property manager for 9 duplex units. I have had trouble in the past with different contractors. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to fit me in and how willing they were to work with me and the tenants. He contacted the tenants on my behalf and set up times to do the work with the tenants so there was no back and forth between me, the tenants and the company. He was able to do three different duplexes that each had small electrical problems. The best part was that I was able to pay by email transfer and not have to worry about being available by telephone to give my credit card for C.O.D. I was emailed an invoice and within minutes I was on my bank account sending the payment. This has definitely been the most easy encounter/transactions I have had with any of the trades people that have worked on the duplexes. You would be crazy not to use them. I write such a long review because I am so thankful for the ease of everything. If you are a property manager, use them.

    upgrade electrical service

    Our realtor recommended Rob to upgrade our electrical from a 60 amp to a 100 amp service, as this would assist us in selling our home. Once our realtor contacted the company, Rob came by in a timely manner, provided a clear quote for all work involved, and followed up on date and times of when the work was to proceed. The crew showed up on time, performed the work in a timely manner, were done on time and cleaned up afterwards. Rob's staff were friendly, professional, and provided any information that I required. They also arranged for all the permits and inspectors. The entire process was painless, I was even able to go shopping while the crew did their work. Thanks Rob!

    recessed lighting, data/tv cabling

    My second review of these guys on here – but I figured it was warranted after my few projects with them. They seem to do a lot of service change work which they are great at - but I had them come out on a couple of other projects – installing recessed lighting and wiring a few rooms for tv/data. They were prompt with quoting and scheduling me in for the work – showed up on time, did the work fast, and cleaned up afterwards. The recessed lighting looks fantastic – couldn’t have hoped for a better result. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to bring these guys in on any electrical project.

    Electrical work

    I found Robart on Google few weeks ago. The owner Rob is great to deal with and so are his guys. They are quick, have an extensive knowledge of electrical work and are very nice! I would recommend Robart to anyone!

    Outlet, fixture install

    We have used Rob twice now and have enjoyed his service, speed, quality and cost. I will always call him first when I have work that needs to be done.
