Anthony was referred by my contractor. He arrived on time and attend to his work right away. He was easy to talk too , took time to explains what he is doing and patiently respond to my questions. He was asked by my contractor to look into some wiring yesterday and again promptly show up on time and did his work. I will not hesitate to recommend him .

Anthony is a smart guy! He was very easy-going as far as scheduling the work. And once here, he quickly saw the deficiencies and efficiently installed new, higher gauge wiring to handle the planned new appliances. No mess or damage. Later when the appliances were ready to be installed, he made sure it was done right. And it took more than just a little finesse to get that built-in oven/microwave back into its cabinet! But, should servicing be necessary, they'll slide out nicely. Highly recommended for his knowledge, quick assessment of problems and careful execution of work needed. And he's a very nice guy!

We lease a commercial space in Leslieville. After experiencing intermittent power outages over several weeks, and at our landlord's insistence that we were overwhelming the panel, we hired Anthony from ALC Electric Inc to troubleshoot our panel. He was amazing...professional, friendly, efficient, clear and his rates are very fair. He fixed the minor issues on our panel and further discovered major problems in the landlord's electrical closet outside our unit. Apparently, the landlord's electricians had missed these issues on their previous three visits to service that room! We would hire Anthony again and recommended him to friends, colleagues and local business owners.

I opted to move from the big city to small town in the Niagara Region, and bought my home out there. Being an older house the electrical panel needed to be replaced and upgraded. I called Anthony Chung of ALC Electric and without hesitation he was at my home. He was patient, explained the process, completed the job. Anthony maintains a very professional manner, and without question, I called him to my home again when there was an exterior electrical emergency issue. Anthony responded immediately and resolved the problem. Please know, I live outside of his service area, but his response was immediate and with a kind heart. I will always depend on Anthony Chung for all my electrical requirements, and most definitely recommend ALC Electric for a job expectation of excellence. Thank you Anthony!

I'm writing this letter to express my satisfaction, and how trill I was with Anthony's work. He was totally professional, organized, efficient and true to your word in timing. Very please, without hesitation I will recommend him to friends.

We moved into this duplex 8 months ago but we are occupying the entire building. The electric service was 2 x 100 amps so we decided to combine it to a single 200 amp service. Anthony was prompt, came when promised and finished on time. We would not hesitate to hire him again as well as recommend him.

Anthony is the most prompt, honest and professional electrician I have had the privilege to work with. He assessed the task of rewiring two residential units and stuck to his original quote. His work was professional and neat. He never left a mess. We could not be happier.

This is way overdue but I have not forgotten that last fall, we had just begun the preliminary stage of house renovations and ran into electrical problems. Bill was so kind as to help us out that night and explain the problem and solution. He also offered us site visits of other house renovation projects to show and explain the work that he could do for us when we get to that stage of upgrading the electrical in the house. Had a new outlet installed in the garage for the opener, and 3 light fixtures on the outside of the house. The job was quick, clean and hassle free. Everything is working as expected. Happy with the service and would use again.

When I spoke to Anthony (Tony) for the first time he was very professional, kind and accommodating. He did an incredible job when changing my electrical panel from a fuse box to a breaker. He was clean and tidy when completing the task on hand. He was extremely polite and was willing to answer my questions for my own knowledge and learning without any hesitation.
