Was very friendly and explained everything as he was doing the maintenance how what to keep aware off. Did an excellent job.

The installation of our new $8,500 Central Air unit was very poor. Caused damage to our new furnace that was installed by another company. They did not level the unit, nor did they properly insulate the piping, allowing water (condensation) to drip onto the furnace causing rusting. We ran it for several hours and the home remained hot. Next day a different fellow from the company showed up. After several hours he fixed what he could and it finally worked. So in the end it finally worked, but ugly install. I went with Wardlaw because they had a 12 month to pay (yes, very bad choice) paid thousands more and regret it. If you go to Wardlaw then take time off to supervise. Great, fast efficient service. Great prices, also would install when others wouldnt. Quote and install was done in the same work.
