Just finished a flat roof replacement on a multi level
100 + year house with Olti and was very happy with the work.
Initially quoted 4 reputable companies and did a fair amount of
research before deciding on the Roof Whisperer. The roof looked
to be about 30 + years since the last work had been done and
a small leak had developed at the back of the house. Olti gave
me a variety of options including repair, partial replacement and
full replacement with new insulation. He came by 2 or three times
during the quoting process and presented the most detailed quote and work plan. Their price was not the lowest but reasonable and competitive with the other quotes. In the end I went with them because of their comprehensive quote and a friend also had a good experience with them. I went with a full replacement of the roof, insulation, gutters, downspouts,etc. They completed the work when they said they would, were very professional and cleaned the site at the end of every day. I was around for most of the time and was able to see the high quality of the work they were doing. When I was not around Olti was happy to send pictures of their progress and keep me fully informed. I was very satisfied with the finished work and enjoyed dealing with Olti and Arthur.
