    gutter repair

    Gutters were leaking in a few places during heavy rains and decided to call the roof whisperer to inspect then and also give me a quote to repair the problem. Ilir called back and we set an appointment. He came and inspected them and also gave me a reasonable quote to fix them. Since it was not to much work him and his guy fixed the gutters the same day. We also tried them with water for 30 min and could not spot leaks anymore. They were very prompt and professional and would definitely recommend them.

    soffit and fascia repair

    We hired the roof whisperer to repair our soffit and fascia that has been damaged since last year. Arthur came to see the place and gave us a great quote for the repair. He also scheduled the work for the weekend which we did request. The roof whisperer crew did an amazing job and left the place very clean. They offer great prices and are very professional, we would absolutely recommend them

    roof repair

    In the back quite a few shingles were damaged and needed to be replaced before they cause more damage inside the house. I called the roof whisperer to give me quote and Ilir passed by same day in the afternoon to take a look at the place. Quote was ok and wanted to do the work before any rainy days and Ilir scheduled the work for the next day. Him and his guys came and did the job next day as we did agree and roof looks great now. Nice and clean job done, i would recommend them.

    Roof and brick wall repair (tuck pointing)

    I have had a persistent leaking roof problem for many years that had not been effectively addressed by several roof and masonry trades people. The Roof Whisperer diagnosed the problem quickly and proposed a complete repair program for both roof flashing and brick wall. The work was carried out promptly and at a fair price. Follow up was prompt, and there have been no leaks in the several rainstorms that have since occurred. I highly recommend The Roof Whisperer to address your roof problems.

    chimney and siding repair

    During heavy rains noticed leaking from the chimney and it got even worst lately. I called the roof whisperer for quote for both chimney repair and siding repair as well because it has been damaged long time ago. Ilir inspected everything and also gave a reasonable quote. Wanted the work done asap before any rain starts so he scheduled for the next day. Ilir and his crew fixed the chimney leaking and replaced the siding that was damaged. Very nice and clean job done. I would highly recommend them

    skylight repair

    Three years ago had my skylight repaired and now m facing same problem with leaking. I requested a quote from the roof whisperer and got immediate response to be honest. Arthur passed by later and fully inspected the issue. Wasn’t much to say as the job done 3 years ago from the other roofing contractor wasn’t done the right way. The roof whisperer crew came the next day and worked on it and resealed the skylight again and repaired few shingles around as well. We did test it for an hour as well and didn’t notice leaking anymore. I really liked their response and professionalism.

    Window caping

    We saw Ilir from The Roof Whisperer doing work on a neighbour's house, and asked hime for a quotation to cap all of our outside windows, and gabling on the side of the house. He promised me a quote within 2 days, and provided a very reasonable price. He was able to get the work done the following Saturday. Two members of the Roof Whisperer team showed up on Saturday morning to start working. They did a truly meticulous job of caping the windows. The house looks great. In fact, our neighbour has now asked them to do the same work on his house. Great experience. Very communicative, outstanding quality and well priced. I would highly recommend them.

    roofing, gutters, skylight repair

    One of the skylights showed leaking signs when heavy rains starts and gutters had same problem in the corners. I called the roof whisperer to come and take a look and see what would be the issue because our roof is not old at all. Arthur passed by next day and took his time to fully inspect the roof. Gutters needed to be re caulked in the corners and the skylight needed a bit more work cuz there were shingles damaged and it needed reseal again. Well quote was ok and work got scheduled for the next 2 days cuz I didn’t want rain to hit the weak spots again. All work got done as promised and place looks great. Absolutely one of the best roofing companies I had to deal with so far.

    Emergency roof repair before the rain

    A few of my shingles were blown off by the wind and the roof got exposed. I needed something done ASAP, because because rain was coming and I had only a few hours to fix the issue. Arthur redirected his worker so he could drive by and fix the problem on the way. During a thorough inspection the worker found and replaced more damaged shingles that were ready to go, which I could not have seen from the ground. All in all i am very happy with the service and will highly recommend this company!

    chimney repair, fascia repair

    The roof whisperer was the third roofing contractor we called for a quote regarding our chimney and fascia repair and I have to say it, they offered the best deal. Chimney was leaking and fascia needed replacement in the right side of the house. Ilir and his crew took care of the entire job. Everything came up beautiful, very clean job done. I would absolutely recommend them.
