The roof whisperer had been recommended to me by a friend. I contacted the principal and he came over to the house that same day. Estimate was very competitive and sent in a timely manner. I notified them that I wished to proceed and the job was scheduled later that week. The crew were here by 8am, worked the whole day and completed the job later that evening. I was also very impressed with the clean up. Very satisfying experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends/contacts.

I had the roof tuning (aging flat roof and skylight) and siding repaired by the Roof Whisperer team. I also had quote for the new roof for the future by the team. They were very thorough with the inspection of the roof and siding and very honest with what they saw. I am pleased with their work and will call them later for more work in future.

Raccoons entered into porch overhang and damaged property for the 6th time In one year. After spending so much time and energy Arthur came and saved the day. My only wish was that we could have afforded the brand new metal roof instead of a fix. Very clean and did it with me being out of town.

I came home from a (rainy) weekend away, to discover that there was a leak through my kitchen ceiling. As rain was forecasted all week, I urgently needed someone who could come to my place quickly to fix what I suspected was a hole in my roof. Jean was extremely helpful, and within a day, Ilir was at my home assessing where he suspected the water was coming in from. Within two days of my initial call, I had a quote for two options, and within three days, my roof was repaired. Ilir followed up with me the next day (after more rain) to check that the fix had held. I was very happy with the service, and should I need any future roof work. will definitely go through them again.

Jean was awesome from the get go, she made me feel like as if I was an old time friend. This is a lost art of customer service, so I appreciated the effort. This is the second time we're fixing the same issue, so I'm glad that Roof Whisperer was able to fix the other contractors work backed by a warranty. The team was punctual, did what they said they were going to do, and after several heavy rainfalls... NO ISSUES!!! I'll look to have them replace our roof when the time comes, but they have definitely bought us some time before we have to do that.

We had a leaky roof deck that finally got repaired! Arthur came in the winter (when melted snow leaked and destroyed a laptop) and patched it up. Arthur patiently explained what needs to be done (in warmer temperature), provided a detailed quote and did not pressure us in anyway. When it came time to schedule and perform the work, the whole team was helpful, prompt, hardworking and professional. We have no qualms about recommending Arthur and the team and are glad to have found this good, trustworthy & reliable company for our future roofing needs (but hopefully not too many needs)! Long winter gave us a spring surprise. Team was prompt, accurate and precise with it's assessment and pricing. Patient with our questions/concerns and scheduling needs. The final work was deliver with attention to details/quality.

We contacted The Roof Whisperer because we discovered the builder had vented our bathroom incorrectly, causing condensation to form and damage the exterior of our home. Arthur was again very professional and extremely knowledgeable and quickly came out to assess the problem. He provided us with a fantastic quote and had a technician repair the problem as soon as possible. The technician himself was skilled, neat and communicated with us every step of the way. They were enormously helpful in easing our frustrations and giving us peace of mind that our home was well protected from future damage. In one sentence: I am very happy with the work done by The Roof Whisperer and would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend. Our entire roof structure was in trouble. The previous owners of the home had neglected it, and at some point poor workmanship has been done. There was no vapour barrier, hardly any insulation, no ventilation and our bathroom fans were venting right into the attic. The result was the attic became moldy over time, and our home experienced major heat & cooling issues. As part of fixing this issue, I had multiple companies visit to give a quote. I found Ilir (our lead contact with The Rood Whisperer) to be highly attentive from the beginning. Other companies came, poked their head in our attic, and then gave a quote. Ilir took his time to properly diagnose our issue, and showed us photographs from inside our attic describing each issue, heling educate me on what was causing the problems we had, and then proposed his recommended fix. Although The Roof Whisperer’s quote was not the least expensive of those we were considering, they clearly understood the scope of the project and the issues we experienced. The actual work was done with a very high level of professionalism. Ilir and his crew arrived each morning, did their work, and cleaned up completely at the end of each day – all having minimal interruption in our family’s day to day life. Any concerns were dealt with immediately, and he regularly checked in with us throughout the project to ensure we were happy with the progress. Our roof looks great now and our home no longer experiences any heating & cooling issues, with an even temperature throughout. After the work was done, Ilir also showed me photographs and video of the work throughout its project, so I can see exactly what was done. This was very helpful as chances are that I will not go up into the attic myself to check! Also, given the high level of service we experienced, I have no concerns that if something was to come up with my roof during its warranty period, The Roof Whisperer would provide the same great service. Once again: excellent company, high quality work with tradespeople who take pride in their work. As a home owner, I felt like my home was in the best possible hands for this work. If you are looking at roof or attic repair, I would definitely add The Roof Whisperer to your list of companies to consider.

I was having a new bathroom and main floor laundry installed, both requiring vents to be installed in my roof. Roof Whisperers were prompt, very courteous, clean and, in addition to the work required, did an inspection of my roof. I couldn't have asked for better service.
