    Roof

    I called The Roof Whisperer late 2014--after first snow had already fallen--to look at eroded flat roof membrane that I had neglected and was worried would leak over the winter. Ilir visited within a week, noticed rotten wood and a stop edge where drip edge would normally be installed, and sent a worker who quickly fixed everything up in a few hours on a chilly day and left the roof and yard clean. Ilir also assessed the second roof and provided valuable advice about ice damming. The patched section has held up well over a long, cold winter, and I am grateful for the professional job The Roof Whisperer did on such short notice.

    Roof Replacement

    I first met Arthur last winter when we had a minor skylight issue. From that first meeting I knew he and his company were different. His honest advice was refreshing. His expertise was obvious. His personality was trustworthy. When we decided to look at replacing our roof, we did our due diligence and found our way back to the Roof Whisperer. We are happy we did. Their philosophy is to take the time to do things right, and that jives with us to a tee. The new roof is visually appealing and adds much curb appeal, but we have the peace of mind knowing that the finer points have been taken care of which you can't necessarily see. We recommend Roof Whisperer without hesitation.

    replacing siding

    During Toronto's first big thaw, I really appreciated the quick, professional, and calm response from Ilir when there was water leaking into my basement from the siding where it meets the foundation. He and his crew spent 2 full days at my house installing new siding to code, and provided photos of the work as it was in process. I highly recommend this company.

    Roof Repair

    I had a skylight leak and called The Roof Whisperer. Arthur prepared a thorough quote with options to do a repair or replace the whole roof. He did a good job on the repair and I plan to have him back to replace the full roof now that the winter is over.

    roof repair

    We had many shingles blown off with the wind storm in November 2014. We called many companies and no response or little interest in helping us with our problem. We called the Roof Whisperer and they patched up our roof to last the winter. Great Job!

    Replacing Roof Shingles

    We hadn't used the Roof Whisper before but during a recent storm with very high winds, we had many shingles blow off our roof. Many other houses were also affected and getting through to roofers was virtually impossible. However, The Roof Whisper got back to us and fixed our roof within a few days. They were a pleasure to work with and we'd happily use them again.

    Asphalt Shingle Roof Repair

    We had some shingles blow off during very high winds this past fall. Jean was able to dispatch Ilir and his crew to our house within an hour of my call (despite it being a very busy day) and they immediately made a temporary repair that has lasted throughout this winter. Ilir showed me pictures of the damage before they made the repair, explained why the shingles had blown off (improper installation by another company) and checked for and nailed down other loose shingles while they were on the roof. I am very grateful for their fast, knowledgeable, professional and courteous service.

    Roof Repair

    I called the Roof Whisperer when I saw that there were some wet spots on the ceiling. They were prompt to send someone over to have a look at the situation and diagnose the problem. The repairer gave us a couple options for us to fix the roof and was not pushy either way but let us make the decision. Overall, we are happy with service, responsiveness and repair job. I would recommend the Roof Whisperer to other and would use them again.

    Improved air ventilation in attic

    The Roof Whisperer was responsive when I needed work done immediately in my attic and they responded with a quote in less than 24 hours. They were also there to answer any question I had about the work to be done. The work was efficiently scheduled and they arrived prepared providing an estimate of how long the work would take. In addition they cleaned up after even asking to vacuum. They encouraged me to look into my attic prior to contracting them and so when the work was completed I could not only see their work efforts, I could also feel the temperature difference in my attic.They will return in the spring to install vents which is included in the approx cost. I also had several quotes and found them reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
