    Roof Leak Fix

    For a while, we had a couple of intermittent leaks in our third floor ceiling. The crew from The Roof Whisperer spent about an hour trying to track down and repair the sources of these leaks. The next time it rained, it turned out that the larger leak had been fixed, but the smaller one was still there. They returned promptly and discovered and fixed its likely source. That was about a month ago, and so far both areas are still dry.

    Roofing

    Both our flat and shingle roofs needed to be repaired and The Roof Whisperer was able to do both roofs in 2 days. There was a mixup over the exact skylight that we wanted, but the team made the correction immediately and it was not a problem. It was reassuring to see photos of the job in progress to get a sense of what the membrane looks like under the shingles. It looks great. Pleasant and professional. We are very happy with the outcome.

    Roof Repair

    I used The Roof Whisperer before and when I needed the roof of my garage and some gutters repaired, I knew exactly to call. I called for a quote and they were out quickly to give me a quote. The price was a little higher than I was hoping for, but I knew the quality of their work so I agreed. They came out the following day and a few hours later the job was done. Done perfectly, I should say. Would I use them again? yes! Would I recommend them? Yes!

    Flat garage roof replacement

    The Roof Whisperer was one of the few companies that I called that responded in a timely manner. Our flat garage roof was in need of major repair after years of neglect, and Arthur scheduled a time to meet and inspect the roof and provide a quote. He was very professional, brought me up to the roof with him and pointed out the issues that needed to be addressed. One of the pluses was that he included in the price work that roofers don't normally do: the mortar between our brick joints on the side of the garage needed replacing. The estimate provided was very detailed, and the while they were backed with jobs and weren't able to start work until 45 days later, were very responsive to any inquiries I had. The work was completed in a very professional manner and we were completely satisfied.

    flat roof replacement

    As our first major home repair, we got five quotes from homestar rated roofing companies. While Roof whisperer had the ballpark price for the work what stood out was the detail in both the quote (step by step work including links to materials that would be used) and in person re the current state/problem of our roof and what could emerge as the roof came off. The workers did a great job, very professional, sensitive to our neighbour's property, and updated us of the work. We are happy with the work and will recommend to others.

    Roof Repair

    When we discovered a leak in the roof, we were fortunate to find (on the HomeStars site), 'The Roof Whisperer". Arthur scheduled a visit and provided an inspection of the roof and an estimate for the work to be done. The work was done efficiently and with expertise. We will certainly seek further estimates from this company in the spring when we look to have additional and more permanent repairs done to the roof, as they were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend them highly!

    Emergency Roof Repair

    It rained. Hard. And the flat roof over an extension of my house started to leak. Paint peeled. Dry wall turned to mush. I turned to the Roof Whisperer based on a Homestars search and could not have been happier. They came out the next day to provide a quote, and completed the work over the next 2 weather appropriate days. The roof needed a full re-work and Nick and the guys did an amazing job. They discovered a few other problems while up there that would have been very problematic over the long term, and fixed those at well. The work was completed on-time and on-budget in an incredibly professional manner. I was very happy with the The Roof Whisperer and would use them again, and I would refer them with confidence.

    Roof repair

    I contacted the Roof Whisperer for an assessment on two leaking skylights. The company quickly arranged for a professional to come visit my house the following day for an estimate. A thorough evaluation was made and a clear explanation of what needed to be done was given to me at a reasonable price. I would recommend the Roof Whisperer without hesitation. We are considering replacing our roof in the near future and plan to contact the company next Spring! S

    Replace 10-15 shingles

    The guys were quick, efficient and did a thorough job even sweeping the roof and cleaned an eavesthrough as well as caulking the chimney, screws, etc. They know exactly what they are doing ! Thank you and job well done ! ;) i did have to followup with the first quotation meeting but Arthur came over towards the end of the alloted time frame. All in all, it was a good experience!

    Leaking skylights

    Called to get a quote Arthur showed up and was willing to move his schedule around to have a crew show up the next day due to rain in the forecast. Explained I wanted to get a second quote. After getting a second quote I called the roof whisperer back and scheduled the work. I had a skylight replaced and they did a roof tune up. Hey if you want to get work done by someone that really cares about what they do call these guys. I wouldn't hesitate to have them come back, and highly recommend. They may not be the cheapest but they will do it right, on time and with integrity!
