    Leaky roof

    We had a slow leaking roof and skylight so we called in the experts. Arthur provided a timely response with various options to consider. He turned around the work quickly and provided helpful pictures. Highly recommend!

    Roof leak repar

    This was our first experience with The Roof Whisperer. Arthur was honest, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, humorous, affordable and genuinely took pride in offering experience, excellent skills and services. He demonstrated himself as a family man and he really seemed to care about the people in his company! I watched him work and he did a very thorough and considerate job in diagnosing and sealing all our roof issues and leaks. On behalf of our church we would like to thank and bless Arthur and the team at the Roof Whisperer for a job well done and would not hesitate in recommending him. Great work.

    Partial roof replacement

    In the early spring raccoons began ripping up the shingles on our main roof causing several leaks during the summer months. Arthur was called and within days, attended our house to fix the problems. The shingles were replaced as well as the lower portion of our roof. Great work, amazing price!

    Roof Repair and Skylight Installation

    I hired Arthur to fix my clients roof and install a new skylight. In two days the leaks were fixed and skylight professionally installed. I examined the work thoroughly and it met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely hire the Roof Whisperer again!

    Wind damage

    The metal fascia on part of our roof broke away during a wind storm and needed repair. I looked on Homestars and found the Roof Whisperer. They called me within a day and the lady who does the bookings was incredibly friendly and helpful. Arthur came out right away and investigated the job, called me the following day with a timeline and work was completed - all done in 2-3 days with a smile. I really appreciated his honesty and was pleased with the result. He called me after to ensure I was satisfied. Awesome service.

    Roof Repair

    At the end of December our roof started leaking. I called at least five roofers to get estimates. The other roofers cited a number of delays (weather, scheduling etc.) and offered different assessments of the problems. A very highly recommended roofer came and assessed my problem however, he was injured and unable to work. The Roof Whisperer's assessment was the only one that matched his. Compared to the others The Roof Whisperer was by far the most prompt, most accurate and the best price. I've had some months to assess their work and the roof has not leaked since, despite highly adverse weather conditions this year. Highly recommended.

    Roof repair/Shingles

    I am very pleased with the Service we received from this company. They responded immediately to my request, the roof was fixed in record time. Arthur and his team were very Professional, Polite and pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend "The Rood Whisperer" for any of your roofing requirements.

    rebuilt Flat - Roof

    First, I would have no issue recommending or using the Roof Whisperer again. We've had nothing but a positive experience with all of the people from the company. After calling a few contractors I chose Arthur not because he was the lowest cost provider, he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, We were looking for a roofing contractor because we noticed a leak coming inside the house. Arthur came and performed a detailed assessment as well as provided me with a detailed quote. I chose Arthur and his company because he took the time to explain everything to me and provide me with a detailed plan on what needed to be done. He was detailed in his assessment and answered all of my questions. References were there if needed, but I did not reach out. Arthur gained my trust and at no time did I feel like I was being sold a bill of goods. Arthur's team was also great to deal with. Wayne was very helpful as were the other guys on the team. They were very respectful and worked very hard to get the job finished; and finished right. The work they did was great and we are happy with the results.

    Leaking Skylight

    Arthur and Jean were great - they organised to get my badly leaking skylight closed up within 36 hours. They were the only contractor to actually answer their phone, as opposed to an answering service. They were at my house within a few hours, despite the terrible weather conditions. Arthur was poilite and gave a good explanation of what need to be done. Sent me photo's and vidoes of the work done and kept me up to date with the progress. I would happy to use Arthur and Jean again if I require their services.

    Roof Repair - WInd Damage

    We discovered the roofing on a dormer had been damaged by wind on a Sunday evening. Used Homestars for the first time to contact three highly-recommended companies and received bids from all 3 within a day. The Roof Whisperers were slightly cheaper, but it was the thoroughness of the response that sold us. I was in the US the following days and arranged everything via email and phone, which meant I couldn't pay till I returned – not an issue, to the company's credit. The work itself was done when promised while I was away, the job site was tidy after, and the insurance company's own contractor (sent because we were making a claim) noted that Art's work was well done and the price more than fair. What's not to recommend?
