    New flat roof, and new shingles elsewhere

    This review is long overdue. Ilir and his team were great. I had him out to diagnose what I had hoped was a fairly minor problem, but he quickly figured out that it was more serious. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to get a problem that had resuleted in a lot of mold addressed. As far as the roofing component of the work required went, I couldn't have been happier with their service!

    Roof repairs, skylight

    The team at the Roof Whisperer is incredibly professional, responsible and capable. When we had a roof leak coming into our home, Arthur arrived quickly and immediately located the problem. His crew repaired the roof efficiently, on time and very cost reasonable. Our skylight was installed by Arthur and we continue to get compliments and have never had a problem with it. If we ever need any roofing issues we have the utmost confidence in the Roof Whisperer.

    Skylights and Evestrough

    Used these guys twice, first to install 3 new skylights - the guys were professional and the job excellent. That was 5 years ago. Recently needed new evestrough and went back to them. Once again the experience was excellent.

    new roof and eaves

    I selected the Roof Whisperer in Aug 2016 because of their reviews on Homestars. I had a problem of large icicles hanging from my eaves and 18 year old shingles warping. Olti of Roof Whisperers looked in the attic and said I did not have enough insulation. I am happy to say this winter after a new roof, eaves and insulation blown in, my heating bills have dropped dramatically. Also none of the dreaded icicles. I highly recommend Roof Whisperers and am so happy as a senior I to have a reliable go to location such as Homestars to hire honest, competent contractors.

    Fixing downspouts

    Arthur and his team have done a couple of jobs for me now and both times I have been very satisfied with every aspect of their work. They arrive on time, are professional, do what they are asked to do and offer a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in using them for future work or recommending them to others.

    Skylight replacement

    I had a great experience working with Arthur on our skylight. He went over and above explaining the process start to finish. He provided a reasonable quote and threw in a few extras.

    antenna removal and some minor repairs

    Needed an old tv antenna removed. Artur's team arrived on time and made quick work of removal. As well there was a few other areas on the roof that needed some attention (a few damaged shingles). The additional repairs were completed on same day for reasonable cost. Very friendly and professional staff, highly recommend.

    Very happy with flat roof replacement

    In the late fall, I discovered a leak in the flat roof at the back of my house, with only a small walkway access to the back of the house. I needed a roof replacement, and very few of the roofers I contacted would even provide a quote, due to the lack of access and the fact that winter was approaching. Although they were already booked for the season, The Roof Whisperer evaluated the existing roof, gave me a quote, and worked the replacement into their schedule to ensure that the issue was resolved before winter set in. It was a difficult job, and they did great work with minimal impact to me and my neighbours. I am very satisfied and recommend them to anyone needing flat roof replacement or repair.

    Fascia repair

    After a less-than-ideal job by Mr. Roof Repair, we called Arthur to help us fix our fascia after animal damage. Even though Mr. Roof Repair had given us a "good deal" to repair what was a sloppy job on their behalf, Arthur still beat that price and delivered more value. His team worked quickly and he was very responsive. Will be using him again.

    skylight install

    Worked with roof whisper to have the exterior portion of a skylight installed as part of a larger bath room reno that was under way. They worked well in coordinating with my GC in sizing the interior frame and work.
