Owen and Caroline came to clean my condo unit on the last day of my lease. They did an amazing job - they were friendly, professional, and took their time to ensure the unit was spotless. I would definitely use them again.

Caroline and Owen always do an excellent job! I don't have my home cleaned too often but only trust them when I need the help. I've had other cleaners in the past but they do not compare. I feel comfortable leaving them alone in my home knowing that they will be working hard and that my valuables are safe. They have always been very accommodating when I've needed their help in a rush. Thank you!

I have been having Caroline clean my house for well over a year now and could not be happier. Not only is she very friendly and personable but she does a fantastic job every time she comes. She is thorough and efficient. And except for it being much cleaner I would never know she'd been there - everything is put back right where it belongs. It's clear to me that Caroline takes great pride in her work and it shows. I'm so glad I found her.

I needed all floors, surfaces and inside cupboards sanitized prior to moving into a 1-bedroom apartment. I had to redo everything because cupboard shelves were still sticky and coated with dirt and floors were streaked with dirt and black hairs. Every day I find something else that hasn't been cleaned. I had specifically asked to have the vertical blinds washed and now see that they were not. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING CLEANED. I have just read the company's response and it is full of untruths. The only debris they picked up was a few sheets of kraft paper that were taped around the bathroom to protect surfaces when the tub was being refinished. The paper fit into one small plastic grocery bag. Otherwise, the apartment was totally empty. I never asked them to hang drapes because there were vertical blinds in both bedroom and living/dining room. As well, they have never called me since they left the apartment, so I could never have hung up on them. The bottom line is they did not do what they were paid to do.

Caroline and her husband came to clean our rental property in Woodbridge after our tenants had moved out. After 2 years of living in the townhouse, the tenants left the house in a horrible condition and we had to clean it up for a sale. Caroline came in originally scheduled for 5 hrs of cleaning but because of the despicable condition the property was in, it required further 6 hours just get the townhouse back into a reasonable shape. Caroline was very thorough with her cleaning and was extremely understanding of the situation. She stayed behind the originally scheduled time to get the job done brilliantly. Thanks to Caroline and her husband, we were able to have a clean house, ready for the stager (Anne from Staging Works) to come in and work her magic. The house went on the market as scheduled and sold firm in three weeks! Thanks, Caroline. I look forward to working with her again and I would definitely recommend her services to everyone I know.

Amazing service, friendly staff and close attention to detail. They were on time and very accomodating in a short period of time. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service and have already made my next appointment. An easy 10/10, would highly recommend.

Caroline Cleaning Service has cleaned my home for the past six months, she is honest and hardworking. She takes a high velocity of pride in her work, every appliances, floors, and vacuming were properly cleaned with high degree of professionalism. As I walk through my home I recieved a breath of fresh air. We fully seen that this was professionaly done with little or no mistakes. Caroline takes tremendous pride in her work. And it shows. Stainless steel appliances shine. Floors are spotless. And the air of our house feels fresh after she's paid a visit. She's also very personable and professional. She always polite and will returns phone calls quickly. My wife and I like her work so much we now have her booked for a visit every two weeks.
