The quality of the windows and doors is high, we are very happy with the result. Most of the people we dealt with were very professional. However there were some concerns: 1) We were given very little information about how to prepare for the installation and we did ask. The dirt and debris that were left in my house was considerable, including inside my grand piano. I would have appreciated being told to cover everything within 8 feet of the windows. 2) One of the installers was a smoker and left countless cigarette butts on our driveway and front lawn. 3) When we left the house for a short period during the installation one of the men walked across the kitchen floor and onto the carpeting with muddy boots. 4) I would have appreciated assistance with how to remove stickers from the windows, they only came off with smelly chemicals and it took a very long time. 5) Booking a date for installation seemed difficult, the receptionist wasn't able to book anything out past a week. In a busy household it is difficult to suddenly be entirely available for 2 days with little notice. Again, we are happy with the final results and felt the price was fair but the company would do well to look at all aspects of it's customer service.

Required a few windows and doors replaced. Offered good value for money. Prompt, courteous helpful and friendly. I had difficulty finding someone to do the work. The windows offered were of superior design, a real pleasure to deal with.

Excellent and friendly service. Tomas, Martin and Igor were very professional in replacing all 20 of our windows. We are very satisfied with our new windows, the quality of the work and will definitely recommend them to our friends.

We got our windows in the summer. One of them was broken and they only replaced it much later. In the end, they had to replace them all, because the installation was terrible, we could barely open them and they were all crooked. It took them 4 months to replace the windows, after lots of phone calls and home visits. Not to mention the fact that, if you decide to ask for financing with them, we will find out about interest rate etc only after they install the windows. This company has some serious issues. I wouldn't recommend anybody to work with them.

Was told these windows would be as good as the ones I got from another company (first three). They look almost exactly the same but the installation was done so fast I question whether it was done right ...huge gaps around window made me wonder if they measured correctly ...even so they scratched up my aluminum siding when they installed ...the caulking job was a disgusting mess so they had to come out and fix it though it wasnt much better the second time ...said they would come back again but that was weeks ago ...only went with them because they were charging a little less and had a payment plan so that I could finish the upstairs windows .. handles on the windows are all stiff and squeaky ...should have saved my money and bought the rest of the windows from the original company that I used..was going to eventually replace my basement windows but you can be sure I won't go to Eurostar ...oh and the payment plan that I was happy to get is probably the problem...they sell the contract so they get their money right away snd so then they don't care about finishing the job properly or in giving any kind of service ...or at least that is the way it appears to me

We received our windows mid June and our dining room window came with a crack down the middle. We were told 3 weeks for a replacement. It is now almost September with no replacement in sight, payments already being taken and I have had very little communication or follow up. I keep getting a different answer as to when shipments come in, then most recently, my replacement window arrived broken. This is reasonable but I only found this out after inquiring yet again after not hearing anything. I have to initiate all contact. There is no customer service, only lip service when you first meet them. Even after the windows were done, I had to ask for them to confirm if the work was 100% completed as the men rushed to put in 12 windows over 2 days and had not even screwed in the brackets that hold on the inside finishing framing. They were very loud and unprofessional, fighting most of the day and making a mess. We were not satisfied with the finishing work and when they came to redo some of it, it was almost worse. We spoke with Martin who promised that this would be fixed to our satisfaction but no action has been taken. There are also some scratches to the vinyl on a very visible window that have not been addressed which could have been completed at any time. They do not answer their phone and never follow through with what they say they will or when they say they will come out to the house. We were going to do our basement windows (another $7500) but will never use them again. We are fearful for any warranty work that may need to be done in the future, as this has soured our experience and we do not trust this company.

We received a flyer in the mail and contacted them for a quote. Tomas came out and was so sincere and honest that we decided that we would use them to replace all our windows. They were measured, ordered and installed. We could not have been more satisfied. They were so professional, and so clean!!! We had heard horror stories about window replacement in older homes , not with this company!! I highly recommend this company, good pricing and fantastic installers !! Thank you Tomas and crew!

Had all windows, 2 entry and 2 sliding doors replaced. Upstairs set was done in fall, the rest the following spring. Tomas was exacting and thorough in estimate phase and he and other installers were totally professional and thorough both times. The estimate of job duration was accurate, workers were punctual, attention to detail was great, and clean up was complete. The winter installation was after heavy snow and went as smoothly as the spring one. VERY efficient!! The windows them selves look great and certainly have made my place warmer in winter, cooler in summer and more attractive. I can find no complaints and would highly recommend this product and company!
