Craig and his team are amazing!!! They arrived early and started the job right away. Quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgable, competitive pricing are the words I would use to describe this company. I would definitely use their services again and will be referring them to all my friends and family!!

I've used Craig and his team multiple times in two different homes and have been quite pleased with the quick turnaround, efficiency of work and follow-up. When I moved into my current home (which is 16 years old) I called Craig to get a price on a new AC unit (it was in May), rather than trying to sell me a unit right away, he asked a few questions and advised I wait until the summer and if the AC was working, not to bother replacing until it was necessary. Of course, the AC stopped in August during the hottest day of the year and I called Craig. Even though he was out of the country and it was a Saturday, he was able to get me a new unit and had it installed 3 days later. When I needed an air purification system installed the next month, he provided me with all the information needed and what would be suited for my home. Once I made my decision the new system was installed in 3 days. I will always recommend Craig to anyone I know and will continue to use his service. I promise that you won't want to use another company after dealing with Four Seasons.

Craig was amazing when he came to quote me and was way lower than any other person. Also I had 3 other people come out where I wanted the AC unit mounted 8 feet up and Craig was the only person that could do it. It's been a hot summer so we have enjoyed the house being cool. Craig and his team were simply outstanding! Very clean, efficient, courteous and honest, with a 'customer first' attitude. Last week Four Season Comfort replaced our old air conditioner with a new unit, which unfortunately didn't work. The technicians were refreshingly honest and told us what was wrong with it (and that they'd never seen a brand new unit with this problem before.) Craig was right on top of it with a few late-night phone calls and emails to the manufacturer, and by the next day we had a brand new unit installed. And it works! Thank you Four Season Comfort for putting the customer first!

Craig's team from Four Season Comfort installed air conditioning at my new construction home last week. I wasn't home for the install... but by all accounts they were highly efficient and professional. Install job was very clean, so far the system is working great. Craig was very professional to deal with through the whole process. No high pressure sales tactics, very up front, honest, fair pricing (a little more expensive than some others, but you definitely get what you pay for in a high quality product and stellar service) and he stands behind his products.
