    Furnace

    Being a widow I was very nervous to replace my old furnace. My family knew of this company and there great reputation. I purchased furnace.the installers were very clean and efficient. They were very helpful in explaining all points I needed to know

    HRV Repair

    As we all know, this winter has been pretty harsh. During a particularly frigid cold snap, I had no heat, and I also had a very concerning burning smell. I called Craig at Four Season Comfort after hearing that he was familiar with High Efficiency HRV systems. Craig took the time to ask relevant questions to determine what the issue was. He sent out a worker to confirm his suspicions, and the worker returned the next day to complete the repairs. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend Craig and his team. Great work!

    Heating and Air Conditioning Install

    My Wife and I are on our 3rd project house and this is the third time we have used Four Seasons comfort to install a new Furnace and Air Conditioner. Craig was very helpful in explaining out of our options and the installation crew did a great job as this house did not have a conventional setup. If we move onto a new project we will definitely be using Four Seasons Comfort again.

    Central Air Conditioning

    Craig Newhouse offers fast and friendly service. He got back to me the same day I requested a quote, His technicians who did the install were terrific.The price was reasonable. I would recommend this company.

    A/C Install for Rental Property

    Craig and his team (Nick) are the best that it gets. I leveraged this company for both my home and rental property and they are fantastic. Great to see above and beyond customer service - a rarity in today's economy. 10/10 in my books. Thanks Craig.

    AC Install and Relocation

    Craig was great in installing the AC. However, his service did not stop there. My AC was located beside neighbor's door and we had to relocate the AC. To ensure that there is no disagreement between the new neighbors, Craig moved the AC at his cost. This was surprising and well appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

    AC install

    It was a pleasure dealing with Four Season Comfort Heating and Cooling. They were very professional and friendly. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. They did a great job with the install, and made sure everything was cleaned when they were done.

    AC/Humidifier Install/AC Cover

    My research told me that Four Season Comfort had a widespread reputation for unsurpassed service through the years. I also knew I wanted an American Standard AC system and a Honeywell humidifier at a great price. One email exchange with Four Season Comfort owner Craig Newhouse determined the right size of system for our new home, an appointment was scheduled, and I was able to install the products I wanted. With less than 24 hour notice, Craig was able to move up our install date by three days, his installers showed up on time, did a terrific job, were highly professional, did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves, and took as much time as needed to walk me through how to use and care for the AC and humidifier systems. It couldn't have been a more positive or enjoyable experience. As a result I have full confidence that future servicing of our systems will be addressed with appropriate speed and expertise. I enthusiastically recommend Four Season Comfort to anyone requiring cooling or heating service!

    AC service

    Our older AC unit broke down and needed replacement. After looking at consumer reports and determining that American Standard was at the top of the list I found Craig and his team through a Google search. Craig was very accommodating and even met me at my house at 6:00 am when it was convenient for me to provide an assessment. The newer AC units are much larger than the older ones as AC manufacturers don't make anything less than 13 SEER now (we previously had a 10 SEER unit). Unfortunately we're limited in space where the old AC unit was located and a larger unit wouldn't fit properly without removing or damaging some interlock landscaping we had installed. Other contractors suggested we move the AC unit to the backyard which wasn't favorable. Craig was able to come up with a solution using Ameristar (a sub-brand of American Standard/Trane) which has a smaller footprint. Thanks to Craig's quick thinking we were able to keep our beautiful (and expensive) landscaping and keep cool right before the heatwave.

    Furnace Replacement

    After purchasing an older home with an aging furnace - we had uit break down in the first year of ownership (and on the coldest day of winter, as always). Craig was very quick to provide a quote, and based off of pictures from my cell phone - was able to have a new unit installed next day! I have also had to call him regarding some issues requiring a technician to take a look at. His responses were always prompt, and he ensured that a technician would be available at the earliest opportunity. Thanks for the continued help Craig!
