DVR replaced our roof 9 years ago and we were very pleased with the service at that time. Then during last wind storm we had some shingles missing from the roof and DVR roofing came by and fixed it free of charge, no questions asked. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend DVR.Answer from pro:

Back in 2013 Dimitri and Victor did a good job replacing our roof which had layers of the shingles on top of an original slate roof. It was a challenging work considering our house is a 150 year-old Victorian house with a very steep roof. Recently there were a few shingles that fell off so we called DVR Roofing. Dimitri and Victor came over right away repaired the damaged area, plus fixed problems that we didnt notice. They did all this for free as we were still within the 10-year warranty period. I recommend DVR Roofing to anybody who is looking for hard working, reliable and honest roofers who provide quality service.Answer from pro:

They installed two new roofs on the 2 areas.One month ago. A few days ago after all the rain, I called Dimitry that there is 2 inches of water completely covering the roof outside the bedroom.He said his price did not include sloping so the charge to slope the roof and do it AGAIN would be $7500.Unbelievable!!! Isnt a roofer supposed to see if sloping is necessary and do it properly from the start??????Answer from pro:
Hello dear Ingrid First of all,the price that I quoted you to reslope the roof is $5900 if we will be able to reuse the cap metal. Second of all, sloping is never included in the price of the quote.Flat roof are meant for pooling. After the roof was complete, you told me that there was an issue with water pooling. However, during the estimate there was no signs to indicate that the water was pooling. Since you did not request to purchase a resloping system, resloping system was not installed.

DVR replaced our roof in 2013 and did an excellent job. Recently, some of the shingles blew off due to high winds. Dimitri came immediately to repair the roof free of charge as stated on their 10 year warranty. I highly recommend DVR - excellent work and fair prices.Answer from pro:

Wind storm took out some shingles on my 6yr old roof. Called Viktor, and in 24hrs, Dimitri had come and replaced them all, no charge, WOW, Amazing, The Best service i think ive ever had, that was crazy easy, thx guys.Answer from pro:

We had a great experience with DVR. Quote was reasonable and timing was good. They came when they said they would and took only 3 days to replace the roof, despite some rain and unforeseen problems with our Mansard roof. Dimitri and Victor are both friendly and willing to answer any questions, they got right to work and did a great job. We're very happy with the new roof, it looks so much better than the old one and we finally survived a major storm without our roof leaking! Our cedar shake roof is almost 20 years old. Moss was growing on the roof and some sections were covered by moss. I contacted several roofing contractors and DVR was the only one who responded and was able to come and inspect the roof. DVR did an excellent job manually scraping the moss from the roof. However, portions of the roof had rotted and required replacement. DVR installed a temporary covering on the worst section to prevent leaks until it could be replaced. Zinc strips were recommended to prevent future moss growth. DVR was great to deal with and was upfront and straight forward throughout the process. The crew worked hard to complete the job on consecutive days and cleaned up the property very well. I would definitely use DVR again for a future roofing project.Answer from pro:
