The job was great and so are all the guys that did the job. They repaired my slate roof for $1000 on quotes and did a great job. They explained my options. I needed this job done right away and they came right away. This is the second time I've used them and highly recommned.

DVR Roofing was amazing. They replaced our flat roof garage and did a wonderful job. They were on quote at $3,000 which was the lowest of three quotes we got. They were so professional, efficient, and quick. I would highly recommend them.

The DVR team did quite a complex repair to our flat roof. Kudos to them for always shoing up for appointments, responding to requests and charging exactly what they said they would. The job started on time, the work area was kept very neat and clean, and after they left, our yard was also left tidied up. We had a front porch put on our home and wanted a metal roof to match the roof on our house. We'd used another company the first time we had it done. The porch roof leaked from day one. Wish we'd used DVR from the beginning! We sat and discussed what they would do and the cost was arranged. They removed the leaky roof and redid it. No more leak. They were professional and respectful of our home and tidied up. Not only would I recommend them, I have hired them back again to work on my shed!

The house is a 3 storey in Rosedale with steep pitches and dormers. Not an easy job. The old cedar roof needed to be stripped and a new cedar roof installed. I got 5 quotes. Victor came on time and was the only one who actually climbed onto the roof. Only 1 of the other 4 came when they said. This impressed me and was important in making the final decision. Victor also noticed the flat roof on a the back extension needed replacing, which it did. This also impressed me. Victor also said they would hand nail the cedar, which is essential for a good job. 3 of the other 4 would use nail guns which leads to many problems. Hand nailing takes longer but is essential for a cedar roof. I had premium grade 5/8" x 18" blue label Tapersawn cedar shakes installed at 5.5" exposure. This is a 3 ply roof and less warping of the cedar than 7.5" exposure(2ply), however, more material and installation time. The only other company that could do cedar and flatroofing and would hand nail their estimate was 45% higher. Yes, sticker shock. I am retired and know a lot about construction and contracting. As you can read the many reasons why I picked DVR, and I made the right decision. The job started on time and finished on time and is a great piece of cedar roofing. The neighbours have commented on what a good job. DVR are experts in cedar and flatroofing. I am sure DVR will put up photos of the cedar roof on their website, and you can see for yourself.

DVR was one of the few companies that responded to my emIl, and Dmytri was very prompt, arrived in time, came when they said, were very safety conscious and cleaned up after themselves. The price was as he quoted, very professional. Highly recommend them, and they were the cheapest quote!

Competent roofers, work was completed within the same day, area was left tidy disposal was taken away the same day!
