    Wonderful backyard renovation!

    Working with ME Contracting from start to finish was a positive experience. Daryl was the project manager for our job, and he was very responsive, had great communication, was respectful and understanding. When we encountered issues with a few crews (not from ME Contracting), Daryl and Keren (the owner) we’re very caring and compassionate of the situation. Keren came to our house a few times to ensure everything was ok, and she even gave us and our kids a few gifts as a token of appreciation. Keren is warm, friendly and provided us with excellent customer service. We can’t say enough about Daryl!! He is the reason we decided to go with ME Contracting after receiving multiple quotes from different companies. Even when we had many questions, comments and feedback, Daryl took action pretty quickly to change or make things right. Even working with Brenda at the office to look at material options was a joyful experience! She was really pleasant and knowledgeable! We are really happy with our backyard renovation. We had our second level deck redone and a pool installed with new fence and landscaping. The whole team at ME Contracting is awesome! Thank you for our beautiful backyard transformation!!

    Covered wrap around deck and hot tub

    We hired M.E. to do a backyard reno and we got exactly what we always wanted.....a big covered wrap around deck with hot tub. They accommodated all our requests, were easy to work with and made the permit process seamless. Our project manager Darryl was always available and very professional. Olek is an incredible carpenter with an expert attention to detail. We’re extremely happy with the final product and would recommend and hire them again. Ann and Rich

    Backyard Reno

    My husband and I hired M.E. Contracting to completely re-do our backyard. They removed our 45-year-old pool and replaced it with a beautiful new fiberglass one. The rotting deck was also removed. They built a retaining wall and leveled our property for us which now gives us a larger backyard. They also demolished our old shed and built a new one. The space was finished off with beautiful stones and garden beds. We are extremely excited to use our new backyard this summer. Our backyard was a huge eye sore and now we feel it will be the gem of our property. Hiring M.E. Contracting was the one of the best decisions we ever made. With such a huge project, there are so many areas where things could go wrong. We always felt in great hands. Daryl was our project leader, and he was fantastic. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. If there was something we did not understand, Daryl always explained things clearly. All the team members that were working on our property were wonderful, professional and personable. From Blake and his team to Freddy and Dean and all the other wonderful men whose names escape me. This was a huge project for us, and we are so happy we had the project done by such a reputable company. We never ever lose any sleep worrying about the backyard or if things were done properly. There is value in peace of mind that things are done properly, professionally and to code. I know if there are any issues in the future with the project, all we would need to do is call and it would be taken care of. We HIGHLY recommend M.E. Contracting; it would be wonderful if all business ran as professionally as them. Thank you so much for everything! Diana & Myles

    Backyard Design transformation

    If there were any high points of the COVID 19-year 2020 year for us, it was our decision to retain M.E. Contracting for our backyard landscaping renovation. From beginning to end this group of highly skilled professionals transformed our backyard into something that we can be very proud of. The process has been seamless, from the initial stage when our landscape designer submitted plans to several companies for comparative pricing to the project completion. M.E. Contracting responded in a timely fashion with a most reasonable estimate, which was competitive and well detailed. Our interactions with Eitan, the owner of M.E. Contracting, and Daryl, our Project Manager have been very positive in all respects. Pre-construction, we were invited to visit the beautiful showroom of M.E. Contracting, where we met Eitan, looked at samples of PVC deck colours and paver stones, and had an opportunity to discuss various product options. Nothing was too much trouble for this company. All onsite team members involved with our project, specifically; demolition, removal and replacement of our old deck to PVC, preparing and planting our new gardens, constructing the hole, retaining wall and cement base for a large inground swim spa/pool, and construction of the paved portion for a beautiful patio were hard working, professional and obviously seasoned trades people. Due to delays in the arrival of our pool (from a separate supplier) caused by the COVID pandemic, M.E. Contracting went above and beyond to make the renovation fit our schedule. At the end of each phase of the project everything was left tidy and safe for people to access the area. Daryl was always available and often on-site providing direction and input when required. M.E. Contracting invoicing was appropriately spaced and always accurate, fair and detailed. There were never any surprises. My wife and I praise this company in all respects, they are first rate, and we would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

    Inground pool and backyard landscaping

    We starting speaking with Eitan from ME contracting when COVID hit and camps were closed. We had contemplated a pool but the new reality made the decision. Eitan came right away for a site visit and offered expert opinion on pool sizing and placement. We then visited his amazing showroom to look at the pool, choose colors, see turf options and more. We had built a deck two years prior and Eitan designed within those constraints and made thoughtful recommendations to maximize space and sun exposure. While waiting for the pool to arrive Eitan made multiple visits to our house to answer questions, advise re: tree pruning, privacy planting, lighting, firepit and stone. He guided us on where our money was best spent. Eitan’s team (Brenda and Daryl) helped with the city permit submission and gave advice on following up to ensure it was in place. Brenda was diligent on following up with the pool distributor ok delivery timing. Once the pool arrived the team hit the ground running. Within three weeks the backyard was 90% done and they worked even on the weekend so we could take advantage of a hot day at the end of September for an early birthday party for our son! Eitan was on the job almost every day and his team including landscape supervisor Blake, electrician Dean and pool maintenance expert Freddy were reliable, accessible and easy to work with. Eitan and his team did not leave the project until all finishing details were done and we were completely satisfied!

    Backyard renovation

    We hired ME contracting to renovate our backyard. Eitan and his crew were excellent to work with. They transformed our backyard into a beautiful family oasis. Various teams were here daily to build our new deck, stone patio, cabana and instal a gorgeous swimming pool. They completed the job in record time. We would not hesitate to recommend ME contracting for any job. They are honest, professional and reliable. Thanks Eitan, Keren, Patrick, Darryl and the rest of the team!

    Backyard patio

    Beautiful new patio built into dug-out slopping grass yard, with stone slabs and natural rock retaining wall/steps to upper grass yard/gardens, including new lighting and window well walls around house. Team was very efficient and hard wording, getting the project done in just over 1 week. Very courteous and accommodating to a few on-the-fly modifications to project/design. Excellent oversight/availability of Project Manager, including frequent site visits and catch-ups with team foreman. Would highly recommend ME Contracting.

    Backyard Reno

    Backyard Renovation

    Daryl and his crew transformed our unusable backyard into our own private outdoor getaway. Daryl and the M.E. Contracting team did an excellent job with the design and construction of our backyard, which included a swim spa built into a deck, stonework, fencing, and lighting. They were professional, pleasant and helpful and the quality of their work was outstanding. Keren, Brenda and Dorit were also a pleasure to deal with. Keren was a big help in choosing the materials for our backyard and Dorit helped us purchase beautiful patio furniture for our new backyard. We highly recommend M.E. Contracting.

    Front Porch and walkway

    Our front porch, railings and walkway were due for an upgrade and we knew when we came across ME Contracting they were the right choice and they didn't disappoint! The experience with our initial showroom visit, constant updates and the overall professionalism was top notch. Most importantly their finished job is perfect and we're really happy.
