Sosna Inc reviews (65)

We had our second project with Andrei (owner of Sosna Inc) done this spring. First one had rather unfortunate start by another contractor - We have been through a lot with misunderstanding and poor skills of our first contractor. Thanks to Andrei and his team, everything ended up great after Andrei's team took over. This spring we did not have to search for contractors - we knew exactly who we can trust on bathroom reno. Andrei and Vitaly are very good at communicating and explaining what they are doing and why they are doing it. There is no hiding of information or cutting corners – a very professional and ethical business performance. There was a minor issue, but Andrei promptly addressed and fixed it to our satisfaction. They are on site on time, keep everything as tidy as possible and treat us and our house with respect. Vitaly was outstanding at his crafts - even noticed minor tile seam defect (seam was not aligned with window's edging) and offered to redo his own work - one could notice it, only if one knows where to look. I have a great respect for people who can admit and offer solution for such a things! Needless to say that they were great people to have around. I truly believe that Andrei's professionalism and great craftsman's skills of his team make them one of the best contractor companies we have ever come across. We will be happy to welcome them back on our future projects. We sincerely thank Andrei and his team for all the hard work, dedication and regard you have shown us while working on our house. Irina and Anatoli.

We were very pleased working with Andrei and his crew! Andrei was always available to communicate by phone. e-mail. Andrei and his team kept the house tidy and he came in exactly on time and on budget. A fantastic company to work with.

We were very pleased working with Andrei and his crew! Andrei was always available to communicate by phone, texting or email. I felt like the entire crew were trustworthy and reliable. When unexpected things came up, I liked how he always gave us 2 options (less costly and more costly) to fix the problem. If and when we need to do future renovations, I will definitely use them again. Keep up the excellent work!

This was a very good renovation experience. Andrei and his team were punctual, professional, and provided quality workmanship. The project finished ahead of time and met our budget and all our expectations.

We are very pleased to highly recommend Sosna Inc. as a top quality contractor. Andrei and his team did a complete bathroom renovation for us. After getting other estimates, we knew from our first meeting with Andrei that he was the contractor we were looking for. We were impressed with his suggestions. His communication about the costs and timing was precise and well-conveyed. Everything, from our first meeting through the actual work time to the final meeting with Andrei, was handled in a first-class, professional manner. Andrei was very thorough and available for regular communication. He was dedicated to ensuring a well organized renovation process. The timing for the project was exact – it was even finished one day ahead of schedule. Andrei’s team not only had very high standards and were committed to doing an excellent job but they also were trustworthy, positive and handled everything professionally. The interior designer provided help that was much appreciated as her experience was invaluable in assisting with the choice of materials. The key person doing the work on our project had exceptional skills and an exemplary work ethic; the quality of the work and the service provided was top level. It was easy to have Andrei’s team working in our house. We were impressed with the measures that were taken to keep our house clean throughout the renovation. The work area was sealed and furniture in the adjoining bedroom was completely covered. Drop clothes were put down every day to cover all of the floors and carpets. Vacuuming was done at the end of the work day. Tradespeople took care to cover their footwear or to switch footwear at the door. All of the cutting, grinding and dusty work was done outside of the house and the garage (in very cold temperatures!). We value the working relationship that was established with Andrei and his team. It was obvious that the team did the extra little things that made the whole process enjoyable. We are confident that Andrei`s experienced and reputable team was the best choice for our renovation. We would be happy to hire Sosna Inc. for any future renovation jobs.

Outstanding company to work with. Andrei and his team did a complete main floor renovation including staircase to upstairs. I couldn't have imagined a renovation could have gone so smoothly and on time (despite our change orders). We will use them again. Professional from our first meeting on. So happy with all the work and all their subcontractors.

We are first-time home buyers, and we could not be happier working with Andrei and the Sosna team. Andrei is extremely reliable, knowledgable and really tried to chose the best quality for our home. The hardwood floors were perfectly put in, the walls removed to give an "open-concept", painted, and best of all, he installed a schluter shower for us, which is essentially the best out there, all for an extremely reasonable price. Andrei and his team are experts at what they do, and they really do care about what is best for the costumers. I can't wait to live in our new home, and I would definitely go with Sosna again for our next project.

Andrei and his team were amazing at keeping the work space tidy after every shift. He came in exactly on time and and on budget. His recommendations to deal with unforeseen situations were both cost effective and very aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend Andrei and his company to anybody looking to avoid all of the horror stories we hear about in the news when it comes to contractors.

Andrei and his crew are amazing. Thank you Andrei for the quality work you did in my home....Your work was truly exceptional. I will definitely use Andrei and his crew again for any future renovations I need in my home and I recommend him without hesitation. He is honest, respectful, punctual, and extremely trustworthy. I had nothing but amazing comments from everyone who saw the work he completed in my home. While my house was for sale, I had many agents ask me who my contractor was because they were so impressed with the beautiful work he did! If you are looking for someone who does QUALITY work, who is trustworthy (a big thing for me), reliable, and honest, call Andrei because you will definitely not be disappointed. Thanks again Andrei for everything.

Without hesitation, we would recommend Andrei and his team to complete any renovation in your home. They are trustworthy, reliable, innovative problem-solvers who do quality work. Andrei was always available for us to answer any questions or concerns. He was patient with our decision-making process and presented us with multiple ideas to meet our needs. Andrei pays great attention to detail and the result, for us, is an unbelievably transformed, gorgeous kitchen. He really is a contractor you can count on!
