The fridge at my mothers house suddenly stopped working (no longer cooling). After reading all the wonderful reviews about this company, I gave them a call. They were able to go over to the house within a few hours of calling them, and they quickly identified the issue and provided a workaround until they could permanently fix the issue. They came back to the house the next business day with a the replacement part and completed the repair quickly! Fantastic service, and they definitely have a repeat customer in me. Great appliance repair service, which we have used many times. The response and scheduled time is prompt, and communication is excellent and easy going for getting information about the issue or for scheduling a visit. The work itself is also a great job. It is done according to schedule, for a reasonable price, and we never had any issues of having to call them back from something not being repaired properly. They are also happy to answer any questions or give advice about how to best use or maintain an appliance in good condition. I definitely recommend this company.

About 2 months ago, Ravi first came over to service our washer which was unexplainably filling with water when off. He knew right away what the issue was. He arrived, diagnosed and repaired the washer in such a quick and efficient manner. And also a very fair price point! When I asked him about a fridge ice maker / leaking water issue Ive been experiencing since the start of the pandemic he again knew right away what could be the issue. For two years no other appliance repair company has been able to help or diagnose the issue. I was at wits end with this 6 year old fridge and had started shopping for a new one. Thank goodness I didnt buy one. Ravi rebooked me for a fridge service once the part arrived. I was sceptical that he could fix this. Again, he did such a great quick job and fixed the issue. 2 months later and no more leaking ice maker. Highly recommended Rick and Ravi!

Called Rick to schedule an install of a new diswasher. Rick returned my call promptly, he asked appropriate questions and asked for some pictures of the area the diswasher was to be installed in to be sent to him via text. We were ble to schedule within a couple of days which was perfect. Once he saw the pics of what he had to work with, he advised that he would need a longer than normal diswasher supply line due to the location of the unit in relation to the sink. Rick recommended the correct parts and gave me the choice to purchase it or have him get it from his supplier. We confirmed and appointment with Rick with a 4 hour window as is the norm for service calls. Rick called in advance of his arrival was at our place shortly after. Rick was courteous and professional and took care in my home and also wore booties so as not to dirty our floors inside the home. He was pleasant to speak with and provided us tips on the operation and care of the new diswasher. We felt the pricing was reasonable and fair. Rick also was up to date on accepting various quick payment and invoicing methods such as e-transfer and of course cash ;-) . I will be keeping Rick's number close at hand and would have no hesitation recommending him to friends or family.

I engaged Rick to get my dead GE dryer running again, after a technician from another Homestars-listed company was not able to fix the problem but charged for the service call anyway. It took Rick only 1 hour to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. He also had the necessary spare part with him, so he was able to fix it immediately. He took the time to check the lint build-up in the vent, which the other technician never did. It caused the dryer to overheat. This experience tells me that Rick is very knowledgeable and can be trusted to fix home appliances.

Prompt reply, excellent communication, very friendly and dependable - showed up exactly when he promised and diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it in half an hour. If I ever need another appliance repaired they get the job. Thank you Ravi for a job well done.

Noticed a leak coming from the base of my dishwasher. So I decided to consult HomeStars and got Rick's name. We spoke about the problem and booked an appointment for the next day. Ravi ( Rick's son ) arrived at noontime. In a short rime the problem was diagnosed, and he already had a replacement part at hand. The issue was dealt with In under 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the service and reasonable price I received. Thank you Rick and Thank you Ravi.

Our Maytag clothes dryer was making a horrible noise and we were beginning to think we may have to buy a new one. Rick came to our rescue promptly and completely dismantled the appliance. He made that noisy motor purr like a kitten ! We will be keeping Rick's business card handy for future emergencies. Thank you !
