    Dishwasher Repair

    Woke up to an E15 error on my Bosch dishwasher. I called Rick and he quickly responded and was able to look at my dishwasher the same morning. He came prepared with the right part and was able to easily confirm and fix the issue. Polite and friendly, i would use and recommend Rick for any other appliance repair

    Problem with door latch on our dishwasher

    From the very first phone call through the service call everything was handled knowledgeably and professionally. Ravi was our service expert and he was both knowledgeable and friendly. What impressed us most was how much they queried and listened to our issue prior to the appointment so that when Ravi arrived he was prepared to address the problem with the correct parts. As a result the dishwasher was repaired efficiently and effectively.

    Dishwasher repair

    Rick repaired my fridge in the past, so when my dishwasher broke down, I knew who to call immediately. Rick came by and replaced the water inlet valve, drain hose, and hot water line to the dishwasher. He is always happy to provide additional info on how to maintain your appliances and issues to watch out for. Rick is a true professional, and I will continue to recommend him to my friends and family.

    Dryer repair

    We called Rick because our dryer drum was not turning. He asked for details of the problem on the phone so he could bring the parts that might be needed. He scheduled us in two days. He fixed the dryer, and also cleaned the underneath and oiled the bearings. He worked quickly and gave us useful tips as well. Great service!

    Efficient and Helpful

    Ravi was friendly and efficient. Very friendly, and reasonable prices compared to many other quotes received. Rick was fast in providing a quick service date and Ravi was punctual and quick in repairing the stove. All I had to do was send a picture of the model number of the stove and explain what the problem was. Ravi had the part and installed it in minutes. Highly recommend them.

    Whirlpool washer draining issues

    Excellent service. Came the next day. Rick gave us some good tips to prevent drainage problem again. Told us we need to lower our drain hose and showed us how to clean the front of the washer where the rubber is. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely refer him. Thank you.

    Washer Repair - old Kenmore

    Could not be happier with the service from Rick Appliance Repair. Contacted them Monday and Ravi arrived today (Tuesday). Very impressed with Ravi's expertise and friendly manner. Fixed my washer problem in a jiffy which made me so happy since I love my old Kenmore and want to make it last as long as possible. Will definitely be using them again as all my appliances are aging. Highly recommend.

    oven temperature

    Rick was very honest from the initial phone call to his service call. He provided clear information and did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. I would call on him again for an appliance repair.

    Dishwasher repair

    Rick was prompt, honest, efficient and made sure to keep the area clean (booties on feet, etc). Showed up very quick as wel. Highly recommend. Would use again (but hopefully not ;)

    LG washing machine repair

    Ravi, diagnosed the problem quickly, obtained the parts the same day and came back same day and fixed it. Was very knowledgeable and saved my from buying a water pressure switch that I didn't need and would have ordered.
