    Dishwasher not working properly

    Rick was very polite and punctual, he diagnosed the issue with our Dishwasher quickly and made the necessary repairs. I was impressed with his honesty and his workmanship. We will definitely call Rick Appliance for any future repairs. I highly recommend him to my family and to anyone looking for an Appliance repair

    Help diagnosing broken fridge

    I called Rick to help diagnose what was wrong with my fridge since it was no longer keeping temperature. Rick arrived on time and prepared. He was wearing adequate PPE and was respectful of my home and appliances throughout his visit. He was able to quickly determine the problem, and ordered replacement parts for the fridge. I'm very happy that the fridge is now working after his second visit to complete the installation. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Rick, and I would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

    Fast Samsung Stove Repair

    In and out. This was a stellar job, and quickly done. The repairman quickly identified what was wrong with my stove, offered to use hand tools instead of powered as to not wake my child, and fixed the stove's ignition before I had time to really sit down. He even ran back after he left, to explain the breakdown of my bill; so I understood everything clearly.

    Kitchen Aid Freezer Handle Repair

    The handle on our Kitchen Aid Refrigerator/Freezer had detached on one end. I searched HomeStars for well reviewed appliance repairmen and came across Rick Appliance Repair. Rick worked with me to diagnose possible repairs over the phone after I sent him photos. Gave me a reasonable estimate. Came over to my home at the agreed upon time and quickly reattached the handle to the freezer. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Rick based on my positive experience.

    Oven Not Heating

    Our oven in our Kenmore range was not heating very much at all. Rick came on time and extremely efficiently repaired it in a very short period of time. We were disappointed it was the control board on a five year old stove, but we know appliances don’t last a long time these days. Rick had the part in his vehicle and had it fixed very quickly. We will most certainly call on Rick the next time we need an appliance repair,

    Prompt, reliable and effective service

    We had issues needing attention relating to both an oven not heating and a broken dishwasher sprayer arm. Called Rick based on the reviews here and was not disappointed. Rick came out to diagnose and was able to repair both devices in a single visit, promptly and reliably. Great experience, definitely recommended!

    Fridge leak repair

    Fridge was leaking. Rick was very responsive with scheduling and follow ups. He showed up on time, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it on the spot without needing a follow up. He also took great care in ensuring that the mess was kept to a minimum and gave helpful advice and recommendations about when we would need to replace the fridge and what brands had certain types of issues. Very happy with the service and would gladly call on him in the future, and recommend him to others.

    Stove and fridge repair

    Rick Appliance provides excellent service. I know when an appliance at one of my rentals is in need of repair I can count on Rick. He is knowledgeable and always very responsive. He always finds creative ways to save you money and get that extra mileage out of your appliance.

    Refrigerator

    Discovered a leak in my refrigerator and called Rick. He showed up when he promised. First time wrong part (was sent to Rick (not his fault) but on second visit 3 days later he had the correct part and repair was completed in 40 minutes

    Washing machine

    This is the second time I have called Rick. This time to repair my washing machine which was not Draining. He came the same day (and on a Saturday!). Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and honest. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Rick!
