Rick was quick to repair the dishwasher. Looked for opportunity to save some money and suggested preventative measures for the future. Definitely would recommend him.

There was a build up of ice in our freezer and after talking to Rick on on the phone his guess was that it was a blocked drain. Once he came out and took a look at it he confirmed a blocked drain, he cleared the drain, steamed the excess ice away to ensure the problem was resolved. He also addressed a poorly closing freezer door by detaching it and setting it up properly. He also adjusted the levelling of the fridge in order for the cupboards above to open properly. While he was here we had him look at our Washing Machine was smelling moldy. He not only cleaned the drain but showed us how to properly do this in order to address this in the future. He was friendly, prompt, thorough and did a great job

Rick was excellent and the job was done in good time and the dryer is working good again.

My top-loading washer's agitator stopped working. Within less than 2 hours of calling Rick this morning, he had fixed it, and on a Saturday too! He had the needed replacement parts. Saved me the hassle of hauling loads of laundry down to the laundromat this weekend.

These guys are fantastic! Clothes washer broke overnight, it showed a pump failure error. I called AC Appliance in the morning and they arrived at noon hour, as promised.It turned out to be a clogged pump, they cleared it up and had the washer working again within an hour. Saved lots of $$$ vs buying/installing a new pump.Very prompt and professional, will be saving this number for future repairs!

Rick is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, clean, helpful....would use him again in a heartbeat! Even setup the clock and tested our new range. Will have him take care of all of our appliances!

There was a mouldy rubber gasket on my washer courtesy of previous owners. Called Ac Appliance Repair and they were able to come and replace it within a few days. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job, and left my place clean. The washer smells great, operates perfectly, I couldn't be happier! Will definitely recommend and contact them again in the future! Very professional team.

Rick and his son attended promptly and efficiently repaired a leak in my fridge and replaced a rubber gasket in the door of our washer. Great job. Will call AC again if I need any other repairs.

Control panel was stuck and would not switch any functions. They came and repaired it quickly and properly.

Rick checked all other possible faults prior to replacing the very costly control board. Very clean and methodical.
