    GE Fridge warming

    I had a couple of other technicians come to diagnose our fridge which was warming but unfortunately one diagnosis was incorrect (thankfully I had gotten his number from Homestars so he was very honest in his dealings and refunded the money) while the other technician couldn't come back for over a week to fix the issue. I called Rick and explained the situation, and let him know that we were doing lots of entertaining over the Christmas break so needed someone who could come the next day to fix our fridge. He was patient over the phone, asked lots of questions, and then came the next day as promised with the parts needed. He did the repair quickly and the fridge is now working perfectly again.     Rick to the rescue again!

    When I tried to open my dryer door, the handle came off in my hand. I called Rick at AC Appliance Repair (just before 9 pm on a Friday night) and he offered to come the next day. He picked up a new handle for me and arrived at exactly when he said he would. Rick and his helper installed the new handle which works better than the original handle -- I barely touch it and the door opens. I am a happy repeat customer and would recommend Rick to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

    gas range oven glass repair

    Rick did a fantastic job of repairing the cracked glass on my gas oven. The job was completed in two days from the point i contacted Rick. The work site was cleaned upon completion of the repair. I highly recommend AC Appliance Repair. This was our 2nd time. Ben in Oakville....

    stackable washer/dryer

    We have used AC Appliance service for years. As a landlord with several tenant appliances and for our personal home, Rick has been quick to respond, efficient and reasonably priced. Our latest squeaking dryer that took too long to dry, Rick and his associate quickly fixed the problem, ensuring to clean the years of trapped lint and mess left behind. We will continue to use this service without a doubt. P.S. thanks for finding all the missing buttons...but the socks still remain a mystery...lol ;)

    ice sheets build up in bottom freezwe

    Quick and efficient service, able to accommodate an appointment very soon. Problem fixed and cleaned up. No fuss - he explained the problem, his solutions and went straight to work. Would recommend. Maybe more smiles would be nice :)

    Refrigerator repair

    Rick came out very quickly on the same day and did excellent work on repairs to our 10 year old refrigerator. He and his partner were very efficient and explained everything needed before starting work

    Stacking washer dryer dryer making noise

    Rick is awesome. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs their appliance serviced on time at a reasonable cost.

    Dishwasher

    Rick was amazing. He responded to my voicemail within 30 minutes of me leaving it. He was onsite within 4 hours, which was important to us since we use our dishwasher to clean baby bottles for our newborn twins. Rick explained everything that he was doing, and was able to resolve the issue within an hour, charging us a reasonable rate for his time and significant expertise. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Rick for future work, and recommend him for anyone needing an expert in appliance repair, who is also very honest. Thanks Rick!

    Fridge

    Showed up exactly when he said he would, gave an accurate estimate of the cost, was quick and clean. The repairman even offered some free advice on our dishwasher. Much better than a previous experience with a different repair service. We will use them again.

    Fridge

    Rick was very professional. He made an appointment quickly to fix a leaky fridge. He showed up on time and the price was good. Would use him again and definitely would recommend.
