Rick was very professional from the initial phone call to the repair. He made sure he had the right part and called ahead of arriving. Repair was done thoroughly and the cost was exactly what he quoted. I will definitely be calling Rick again for future repairs.

Rick was very prompt in his response and was extremely helpful. He changed the stuck water filter in our fridge and also investigated why the water was still not flowing well and returned the following day with the required part and fixed the problem. I would recommend Rick anytime.

My fridge/freezer was not able to keep anything frozen/cold. I sent out 5 requests on HomeStars with details of the problem as well as make and model info. Rick from AC Appliance Repair responded within 10 minutes, and ended up being the only one who did respond. Based on the info I provided he gave me 2 quotes over the phone which he explained would be dependant on root cause. He arrived on time and after a quick inspection advised me that the heater was broken which luckily for me meant the cheaper of the 2 quotes. Rick was very professional, quick and efficient and just before leaving he noticed dust on the compressor unit and offered to vacuum the area, this to further ensure longevity of our fridge. I would recommend Rick in a heartbeat. Call Rick if you need an appliance repairman who is honest, reliable and well priced.

Undercharged, overdelivered! Rick was FAST, did a great job to get my DW running again, no parts required, but he made a solid effort and left after everything was humming again. Much appreciated Rick.
