I purchased 3 PAX wardrobes and 1 LILLANGEN cabinet with an IKEA sale, and found IKEA Man while searching for an assembly service. I was a little skeptical of all the positive reviews, but figured it couldn't hurt, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Ivan was incredibly responsive, and scheduled an appointment as soon as I was available. John, who came to do the assembly, was as tidy, professional, and quick as described in previous reviews. He was also able to cut a hole in one of the wardrobes to accommodate an electric outlet, and was kind enough to wait to complete an installation when I had to run to IKEA for a missing part. Cannot recommend highly enough, and I would gladly use their service again.

Ivan and his staff provided excellent customer service by email from quote to appointment booking to installation. The pricing was very fair as well. Very satisfied with the service, which was done in Feb.2014.

Ivan's service was great - I ordered an Ikea sofa that came in multiple boxes and once it was opened it became clear this would be a major project. I called Ikeaman and Ivan sent John, who did everything on his own in just over an hour. He was very professional, efficient, polite, and I enjoyed conversing with him while he worked. Most importantly, I'm very happy with the sofa now - thank you!

The Ikeaman did a fantastic job with the assembly of three pieces of furniture I bought from Ikea. He was very professional, friendly and fast. He completed the job well under the time that was quoted. The price was very reasonable and it definitely alleviates all the headache that comes with assembling IKEA furnitures as some are very daunting. Will definitely use this service again for assembling IKEA furniture.

John came to assemble some bathroom cabinets for me, as well as mount some shelving on the wall. Everything was done professionally. He ensured the floor was protected and cleaned up after the work was complete. Great!

Ivan from IKEAman did a great job of putting together my daughters sectional couch and large shelving unit for her recent move to a new place. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of headaches it alleviated, as Ikea products can be somewhat daunting! He was incredibly professional, courteous, and actually came early, as time permitted! I would definitely hire IKEAman again!

IKEAman has provided me an impeccable service from the moment I contacted them. They were very friendly and everything went smoothly. I got my quote and we set the date and we were ready to go within hours set. I had several pieces that required assembly : 1 table, 6 chairs, 4 night stands, 2 six drawer chests, 1 shoe rack, 1 sofa, 2 poengs, 1 coffee table, 1 tv stand and a mirror to hang. It took 7 hours for the assembler to finish the job but I could not have finished it in three days. I will certainly use IKEAman again when the need arises. I highly recommend their services.

Ivan quoted my job at 8 hours so for me to do it would be 16+.... So using the service made a lot of sense... Price was competitive and reasonable. Sergey showed up on time and quickly got the projects done... All furniture was assembled in a professional way (far better than I could have done) and the clean up of cardboard boxes was organized and easy for me to put out for recycling. Very satisfied with the end product and I would recommend this service to anyone who values their time and isn't super handy.

After realizing that we were never going to get around to hang our shelves, tv and mirror properly or anytime soon, I looked around for a handyman on Homestars. I couldn't find anyone but thought I would ask Ikeaman as they were coming over anyway to build 2 Besta Sideboard units. John came over and was AMAZING! He hung everything perfectly and built our units quickly. Ivan, who runs the ship, responds quickly and is very helpful and kind (when I had to change the time last minute because I had to run my daughter to camp, he made it seem like I was doing John a favour by giving him extra time for breakfast---it was nice and I appreciated it). I can't recommend them enough!
