    wall crack inspection

    I would have to say Igor is amazing. He showed up as soon as possible. He was very professional and helped find the problem. It turned out to be a simple fix and he appeared to be very kind and did not charge for the inspection. Igor is super outgoing, thus you may feel comfortable to ask any questions, and he offered a lot of great information. Thank you!

    waterproofing

    I recently had water coming into my basement and had Igor first asses the situation after which he gave me a very competitive estimate. Having looked at other competitors ICYRreno was by far the best estimate. They did a great job waterproofing and cleaning up the process very nicely. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing services.

    Waterproofing basement

    After interviewing all the top waterproofing companies in Toronto, ICY came on top because they were the only company that proposed and professionally executed the needed work and solution to the high water table problem that was causing water issues and flooding in my basement. While other companies only look at the walls, they were the only waterproofing company that understood that the floor was part of the problem as well. They put in a lot of hard work and now I have a bone dry basement. Besides the high level of craftsmanship and knowledge, Igor and his team were also the most cost effective solution for waterproofing the basement of my house.     Basement Waterproofing

    Igor came to my place on the same date I called him. He appeared to be very knowledgeable on the subject and explained in detail what had to be done to fix the problem. The price was reasonable. The crew started their work on the next day. What I liked about them is that everything was done in a very professional manner.

    Basement lowering

    Igor and his team were presented with a challenging task of lowering my basement by two feet, and I would want to emphasize that that is no easy task. It requires a lot of skills and professional knowledge of various standards and procedures. ICY Reno started to work immediately and I really appreciated how they tried hard to keep the work site clean. I can say that Igor is an established professional, as he clearly explained his every important step as he proceeded through the project. At the end the job was done excellently and relatively fast. I really enjoy ICY Reno's work.

    waterproofing

    We had flood in our basement. We decided to hire ICY Reno after speaking with Igor. He was able to bring his crew the very next day. They worked very hard, and you can see that he has guys with all the required skills and are knowledgable about their work. The project was completed on time, as promised and everything was cleaned up. Very happy with their efforts.

    wet basement

    To make a long story short, before we had Igor coming to an estimate and explaining how to get rid of our few cracks on basement walls, we understood that we only were given the band aid solutions by other contractors. Igor's team started to work right away and we could tell that they tried to stay extremely tidy and neat even during rainy weather. In a short time, they were able to finish the job, and after almost a year we did not have that problem occurring again. The job was reasonably priced and the professional attitude of his crew and attention to details made it worth every penny. Thumbs up for that well done job!

    Waterproofing

    ICYReno Waterproofing team did an outstanding job for us. Were the best of three quotes, were able to do the work quickly and professionally. Left our yard clean and neat. Happy to recommend and would use again.

    Waterproofing

    Igor and his team were great. They started work as soon as the ground was warm enough and did a very professional job. All details were explained and we were treated with respect. The workers cleaned up after each day and the job was done on time. Would highly recommend!!
