    Underpinning basement

    Igor and his team did a fantastic job underpinning my basement. They were all very professional, courteous, organized, and the work was completed on time & on budget. Communication was excellent. I knew what to expect every step of the way. The crew cleaned up the worksite every day.....even my neighbours were impressed I got estimates from 5 contractors, but felt confident from the beginning that Igor really knows what he is doing, and I can’t be more pleased with the end result. I very highly recommend ICY Reno.

    On time, on budget

    Igor and his staff did an outstanding job building a walkout and pouring a new concrete floor for our basement. They installed the pipes for in-floor heating as well as the rough ins for a new washroom and laundry area. As we were not lowering the basement we were concerned about the finished height. We ended up at just under 80" exactly as planned. There were a few plumbing issues as the work progressed - sump pump location/discharge, replacement of clay sewer pipes. These were reviewed with us and based on Igors reco's were handed well. Igor also recommended individuals for the in floor heating and concrete polishing for the floor. He coordinated with the other contractors and made the entire process seamless. All in all a very good experience. Outstanding work and great pricing. Ron and Silvia, Toronto

    waterproofing of basement outside area

    really really good, they come highly recommended by me: fantastic, on time, good work ethic, quick, good clean-up an they completed the job as described. You cannot go wrong with Icy Renos.... thank you guys for a very good job, we are very pleased...

    Basement internal waterproofing, new concrete floor, and drains

    Igor and his team carried out internal waterproofing, new concrete floors, drains, sump pump, and backwater valve in our basement. Very happy with the pace and professionalism. Igor honoured an older quote and also had his guy come back to fix an issue we found with the drain location. He's extremely responsive and stands by his work. Pleased with the job results and would recommend.

    Extremely neat job

    The company obtained all permits, week was done in a short time, even considering Covid situation. I would like to stress, that all works were in a way that not my neighbors not myself were not overwhelmed with the noise, mess or any inconveniences other than a bin in a front. The team worked like a clock, cleaning after each day, leaving the Reno place neat and dust free. I am very grateful and the job was performed well above my expectations.

    Exterior/Interior Waterproofing & Sump Pump Installation

    Igor and his team were great to work with. At the end of each day everything was made safe and a good clean-up took place, which was needed with two small children in and around the house. The completed work was clean and looked great. We would definitely recommend Icy Reno Waterproofing, we actually already did and a friend is using them for a similar project. Thanks again.

    Excavation, underpinning and foundation for addition, in floor heating install

    Igor and his team were fantastic. These guys are pros. We had our East York semi underpinned and the foundation extended to accommodate an addition on the back of our home. We also got them to do our in floor heating install. I was impressed by all aspects of working with Icy Reno. They were fast, punctual, fair, worked well with my other contractor and kept the job site clean. Recommended with no hesitation.

    Basement underpinning, expansion and waterproofing

    We don't know the total value of our basement renovation because our contractor used Icy to do our basement and paid them. We highly recommend this company. They were there every morning and got a very large underpinning and basement expansion job done very quickly. They really know what they are doing and are very professional. They also provided help installing major beams on our main floor.

    Outside Waterproofing

    We had several quotes for external waterproofing at the side of our house and we chose Icy Reno.. They were on time,knowledgeable and hard working And took pictures along the way to confirm what they had said they were going to do got done. They were highly recommended by our next door neighbour and we are very happy we chose them. Peace of mind is invaluable! Thanks to Nazar and his team of professionals!

    Neat

    Nazar, Igor, and the 3-person crew did a neat waterproofing job around 3 sides of my house. Nazar in the original visit / estimation offered the most conservative recommendations to waterproof (i.e. not every inch and option required work) versus the other 4 companies I had visit / estimate -- which I appreciated. The crew fully cleaned up their work each day across 4 days. Thank you to the ICY Reno team.
