After the major rain storms in May and the consistent small leaks in our basement we called ICY Reno Waterproofing to come and give us a quote. Igor was in the neighborhood and came over that same day to give us a quote, which others said it would be 2 weeks for a quote. When Igor arrived we told him the problems he gave a very competitive quote and when I asked when he could do it, he the following week. They waterproofed our basement, put in weeping tile and a sump pump, work was done in 3 days, his crew were efficient, clean up any mess that was made and were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend ICY Reno Waterproofing, after 3 months no issue or problems. Thanks Igor.

Tanya and I bought your typical 100yr old house in Leslieville last yr. To my dismay I could barley stand up in the basement. We had many quotes and meetings and nobody gave us that warm and fuzzy feeling. We met Igor as he was working one street over on the same house we had. It was fairly quickly that we decided he was the guy for the job and we couldn't be more happier with our decision to go with Igor. His crew was on time, pleasant, fast and efficient. They always left our place as clean as they possibly could despite the dirty job. Igor said 17 days to pour the floor...they came in at 15 days! Igor and his crew come highly recommended! A+++++ and I'm fairly certain Igor misses me as well.

Our basement was always damp had tree roots coming up from the ground, and very low head room. My girlfriend and I decided to invest into underpinning plus walkout from the basement to the backyard. The work is completed now and the difference is huge! ICY did all the hard work including pouring of concrete. My only regret is not installing radiant heating since we were changing out the water heater anyways.

Icy Reno Waterproofing did a great job in re-doing a 1000 sq ft basement. They installed al new drains interior membrane and drainge into a sump pump. Igor was great in co ordinating with the Heating guys regarding the installation of the in floor heating. The end result a glass level basement floor. Igor and his crew were very creative in dealing with neighbours and getting the job done in a tight neighbourhood.

Igor and his team were quick, professional and pleasant. I really appreciated the attention to detail (he noted that my driveway was not paved and suggested we waterproof that side as well if I was planning on paving it...which I am and hadn't thought about). Talk about value add!

You gotta use this company. I could not be more pleased. I had several companies quote on this job and Igor just struck me from the beginning as professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Igor and his crew arrived early every day, worked 6 days a week, did a great job and finished the job on schedule. They cleaned up every day and showed great respect for the house. They had to remove some of the front yard fence and front veranda in order to accommodate the bin and cement mixer and to my complete surprise, they rebuilt both the fence and front porch with new wood and posts so that it is better than it was before. I wanted to wait for a few rain storms to see how everything worked. The basement is bone dry with not a drop of water coming in. Igor was available for any consultation and immediately had resolutions to all of my questions. I highly recommend this company for underpinning and water proofing.

I just had ICY waterproof 45ft of my house. They were reasonably priced, responsive, accommodating and worked very quickly. From the moment I phoned and left a message, Igor responded right away. He came out to assess the situation and made a recommendation and got a quote to me very quickly. I had some shrubs at the front I wanted saved and I was very worried. Igor and his crew did everything they could to protect them. they even took pictures before they dug them up and even moved them into the right placement when I wasn't satisfied with where the shrub was placed initially when replanting. They even dug out and replanted my rose bush! The job was just completed today so i don't know how it will hold off the water until it rains and can't comment on that but I'm sure it will be fine.

This is the second time we've hired ICYReno for waterproofing. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of their work. Once again, they did an excellent job with the waterproofing at reasonable price. Thank you Igor and crew for being so good at what you do.

Igor and his crew did an outstanding job of removing our old basement slab, installing new drainage, waterproofing and re-pouring the most pristine floor that our subsequent concrete polishing contractor has ever seen! While other contractors recommended much more extensive and costly options, Igor understood our needs and advised a more conservative and appropriate approach. From the outset, we felt confident in Igor's assessment of the site and its challenges and were pleased with the way that the job was completed with tremendous care and diligence at every stage.
