    Beautiful new Staircase

    I could not be any happier about selecting Ideal Stairs to update my main staircase. From a customer service perspective, they are responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They are extremely hard-working and their quality of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations. My new staircase is absolutely stuning! I highly recommend this team!

    New Stair Case

    These guys are amazing not only did the job get done on time and to my wifes standards with other construction happening they also came back to re stain the stairs after the other contractors messed them up. They have high standards of themselves and will.not leave the job until.its up to their standards. Lets say I was ok with the job after the other contractors messed up but tbey werent so they came back and restained.

    Outstanding service an quality of work

    We could not be more pleased and happy with the work done by Ideal Stairs. We found Ideal Stairs online, and we were impressed by the number of videos we could watch on their site. We needed to have the carpet removed from the second floor (1200sqft) and the two staircases, install the hardwood and remake the stairs with brand new steps, risers, and spindles. It was such a pleasure to work with Mesh and Raj. I could not believe how responsive Mesh was, from the moment we sent him the pictures with the stairs until we signed the contract. He had such patience in answering a million questions, allowing us to go back and forth on our decisions and reassuring us that we will stay on schedule! He also gave us hardwood samples to take home and see what will match best. When the job started, Rajan visited us every day to make sure that we were happy with the work done. How could we not be? Such a hard-working crew! They made sure that they always cleaned at the end of each day and they were very respectful and quiet. Rajan's professionalism and project management skills are outstanding. He made everything look so easy, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the project.

    Stairs remodel

    I did a major renovation on my house with new hardwood floors. I knew I wanted to get rid of my old carpeted stairs and railings. I chose Ideal Stairs from the reviews on this site. Mesh was easy to deal with explained the process and timelines and the crew onsite did a great job each day. Always answered my questions and left my house clean every time. I am very happy with results and would recommend Ideal stairs to anyone.

    Two staircases

    I had two carpeted very old staircases that Ideal Stairs transformed into Oak. They did an amazing job and were extremely professional, respectful, and attentive to any concerns I had. They showed up on time and worked hard throughout the days and didn’t abandon the job until they were finished. Both my staircases look gorgeous now and it feels like we have a new house. I would highly recommend them as the quality of their work and the respect they showed to both my home, my family and the myself was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. A huge thanks to everyone there for the incredible job they did!

    Refacing Staircase

    The crew from Ideal Stairs were great to work with! Right from the first contact through a response email to completion of the job we were impressed and completely satisfied with their approach and quality of work. The onsite guys worked hard everyday they were here? We also had good communication with Mesh and the gang at the office and were responsive to all our questions and any issues that arose(which were very few and always minor). We can highly recommend Ideal without reservation!

    Convert Carpeted Staircase to Hardwood

    The entire team at Ideal Stairs provided absolutely over the top professional service in converting our carpeted Staircase to hardwood. The work team was always on time, worked diligently throughout the day and thoroughly cleaned the workspace afterwards each day. They went above and beyond in completing the project in a timely fashion and we couldn't be happier with our new Staircase. Much Appreciation to Raj and the entire team at Ideal Stairs.

    Stairs project

    Everything went super well with Ideal stairs, from getting a quote to planning and execution. Mesh and Radj were very responsive to all of our questions. We had a great experience overall with their process and are extremely satisfied with the very timely results. Great value for the price, 100% recommended.

    Perfect from start to finish

    We could not be more happy with our stairs. Even though the job was small, Mesh, Raj and the team were friendly and professional from start to finish, and completed the work quicker than they had estimated. And the stairs look and feel absolutely gorgeous, down to every tiny detail. We are so glad we went with Ideal Stairs for this project.

    Staircase refinished with oak

    I did my research on HomeStars before calling Ideal Stairs. They inspected the staircase and gave me a price and a schedule to complete the job. The old carpet on the staircase is now gone and my new stairs look amazing. There was also carpet upstairs and downstairs before this reno. Ideal Stairs gave me a separate price for flooring and I had it done as well. Floors look good too. Ideal stairs made an effort to address all my concerns during this reno.
