they were right on time, gave me good price. Extremely friendly. Job was completed to my satisfaction and very quickly.

The door of my old shed had become difficult to open due to the sunken structure walls. I contacted Handyman and Technician Jai came out promptly to view the problem. He offered suggestions on what he could do to fix it without altering the walls. An estimate was sent, and I agreed to have the work done. Jai came back and did a great job. The shed door now opens and closes with ease. I am very pleased with the work and the time it took to get it done. I recommend Handyman and would consider using them for future jobs.

After four weeks my project was completed. it should have taken no more that 8 days. The scope of the work was grossly underestimated from a time perspective. We had to cancel one third of the project as the lead technician was taking too long. The one good thing was when things went off the rails Mr. Handy man has great AI support. Jesus, Jory and Enkel saved the day. If it wasn't for the efforts of these latter people I would have cancelled the project. Despite a multitude of issues never got a call from the ownership. Overall a very poor customer experience. Hopefully this was not how your company normally performs. As we have used some 20 contractors over the years on many different projects the quality of the final work was average nothing special.
