    Windows and doors

    Albina, the sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The installers were quick and efficient and did a thorough clean up when they were done.

    Eugene was excellent. He made us feel comfortable and worked with us in choosing color for windows. The crew were meticulous and conscientious and did a great job. Very satisfied with the results and I would highly recommend this company.

    Amazing products and beautiful install

    We recently bought a house that I am currently renovating and my partner had previously used this company for an old project and was happy with them so they were the obvious first choice. Eugene met with me to walk through the house, talk about my needs and discuss my options. He promptly provided us with a quote that we were happy with and put the order through. Over the next couple months he was very attentive to our needs, providing updates and timelines and even when we hit a problem with the reno that required that the window jams be resized, Eugene helped us navigate this so that way on install day everything fit perfectly. The install team was feast professional and did an excellent job, finishing in just under the one day they promised. We are very happy with our decision and the new doors and windows are a beautiful addition to our family home.

    Entry Front Door

    Alex was fantastic and patient. He helped us go through our options and didnt pressure us at all. We love the final product. The installers were professional, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. Service was quick as well. We ordered our front door in January and it was installed by the end of March. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

    Doors

    Had 2 entry doors and a sliding door installed and couldnt be happier. Alex was a breeze to work with. Alex was professional, patient, and knowledgeable.     Front door

    Total home windows and doors did a wonderful job on our new front door. Workers were respectful and hard working. Cleaned up after installation was completed. Thank you for a wonderful service.

    New Front door installation

    The Total Home team was very professional, timely and neat with the installation. Alex was patient and took the the time to explain the different options available to us. In the end, the final product looked really good and we are very happy.

    Vinyl windows

    We were extremely happy with the service we got from Total Home windows. They were super friendly and had a great variety. We got the best price and suggestions from Eugene, and the windows were ready within 5 weeks. Installation was quick and clean as well, Andrew and his team was very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows.

    Full house window replacement

    Got most windows of our house replaced by Total Home. We are very satisfied with the process from start to finish. Eugene came in to our house for initial measurements and quote. He was very nice, explained the products/process very well in detail, and provided us a very competitive quote. He also provided us with locations of our neighbours who got their windows replaced by Total Home as well, which I think showed great transparency and confidence in their work! After having a chat with another satisfied Total Home customer from my neighborhood and seeing their great online reviews, we decided to go ahead with them. Andrew and his team did the installation a couple months later who were also very nice and skilled at their job. Got everything done in no time and cleaned up the site pretty well before leaving us with all new windows. We are very happy with the services provided and hope these new windows hold up the test of time!

    New Style Front Door!

    Alex is gentle and so nice. My door needs to replace as many times for moving scratch, loose painting and wind; and some wood are broken. The door size is smaller than regular. So that, I would like to choose a modern style metal door. It is a very great colour looking by Alex recommendation. He did a professional job to his client. His installation team is very great and fast to replace a new door. It is so perfect and nice! I am highly recommend Alex and his team to do a great work at Total Home Window and Doors. Thank you for you to give me an amazing new door !
