    New Windows and Doors

    While our home is only 15 years old, the original builder windows were terrible in terms of quality. They were not energy efficient and every window was plagued by condensation and staining. After sourcing a number of quotes, choosing Vitaly and the team at Total Home Windows and Doors was an absolute no brainer. Vitaly was transparent from start to finish, guiding us through the options, how the windows were made (including a factory tour), and how best to maximize the federal rebate programs. When it came time for installation, Art and the installation team were phenomenal and replaced the 17 windows and 2 sets of doors in 2 days flat. They took great care around sensitive fixtures and cleansed up thoroughly when the job was done. At the end of the day we couldnt be happier with the finished product and would strongly suggest anyone else looking to do the same to strongly consider having Vitaly and his team quote on your job.

    Interior Garage Door Installation

    Alex and his colleague did a fantastic job with the cut out and installation of our interior garage door. They were fast, clean, and knew exactly what they were doing. I appreciated that they walked me through all the installation steps prior to starting the work. There were no issues at all, and I would highly recommend these individuals. We are really happy with the job.

    Windows

    We replaced all the windows in our home. Very conscientious and skilled crew. Good attention to detail and very efficient. Vitaly and Diana from the office were also a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile.

    New patio door

    I had received quotes from many companies but none could match the price and professionalism that Alex offered. Alex was a pleasure to work with. He provided great advice and assisted me in choosing the perfect door to replace my old patio doors. The installation team were neat and tidy and did a great job installing the door. They even put back the original trim without a scratch, just as Alex assured me they would. I am thrilled with my new door and highly recommend Alex and the team at Total Home Windows and Doors!

    New Windows and Doors

    I was extremely pleased with my new windows and doors. The team at Total Home Window and Doors are amazing, very professional and left my home tidy and clean upon completion. I would recommend them highly!

    New front door

    Great company with which to work, from the salesman Alex, who closed the deal with a visual of my new front door, to the installation team. My new fibreglass door looks fabulous and functions seamlessly. Even better the price was very competitive. The installation took under 2 hours including the addition of a nest doorbell. The team even cleaned up! What more could a buyer ask!

    Quality All Around

    We first met with Alex who helped us choose the right product to fit what we were looking to achieve. He was very professional and went above and beyond when creating images so we could see what the finish product would look like. We ordered a very large door (42") and Alex guided us in choosing the best colour match and wood finish. Once we had placed the order, Alex kept us informed and was alway quick to get us answers to all our questions. After a long wait (supply chain issues) the door was installed perfectly and the installer, Borys, offered suggestions that made sure the door looked fantastic. He asked what we wanted than carefully guided us in making a better decision allowing for a exceptional end result. The door is nothing short of spectacular and the service was just as good as the door. I highly recommend Total Home Windows and Doors as their products and service is a step above their competition.

    Knowledgeable and professional

    Really enjoyed working with Total. Alex was kind, knowledgeable, and patient through the sales process. Answered our questions, and provided solid recommendations. The installation went well. Team helped us reinstall my Google doorbell. Even helped with improving insulation for a completely separate door. The door itself is gorgeous. You can feel see and feel the quality. Stop reading reviews and work with this team!

    New Exterior Door

    We had an excellent experience with Total Home Windows and Doors. Alex was the salesperson who assisted us with our door replacement. He was informative and helpful in assisting us with our purchase. He kept an open line of communication during the process, always available via text or email which was appreciated. The installation went smoothly as well with great care taken to ensure the area was cleaned up and job was completed properly. A very professional experience overall.

    Patio door replacement

    My experience with total home windows and doors was pleasant and I am satisfied with their service overall. Alex, the salesperson was easy to talk to and was quick to respond to my emails. Boris, the installer, did an excellent job installing and cleaning up afterwards. Only thing I wasn't happy about would be the delay with installation. Although I guess that's to be expected amidst the pandemic.
