    2 Doors & 6 Windows

    We had the pleasure of working with Vitaly and I can say that it was a painless process and he delivered exactly what we wanted. He was able to match the remaining windows to the windows we had installed 2 years ago (we chose not to continue working with that company). My wife is very particular about certain finishings and Vitaly made sure the doors were exactly how we wanted. As a plus, his installers were awesome. The previous company we used for our other windows was not bad, it just left us with a feeling that we weren't 100% satisfied. I think Total Home and Windows and Doors gave us that 100% satisfied feeling. It was also a pleasure to communicate easily with their office as well as Vitaly. Wish we had found them 2 years ago so we could have done all of our windows with them!

    Excellent quality, service and price

    Excellent service from sale to installation. On time and at agree date. Windows with high quality components like Roto German hardware and high quality glass in 180 and 272 coating options. However most importantly team that made installation was absolutely superb. Highly recommend.

    First class service

    First class service from the consultation to install. We are beyond thrilled with our brand new windows. As one of the larger home Reno projects you will take on, I can confidently say you will not be disappointed with Total Home. You really feel that Vitaly and his team want you to be completely satisfied with your choices. What was also impressive was the install crew’s attention to detail and delivering their “brick to brick” promise.

    Replaced front and side door

    I would highly recommend Total Home Windows And Doors for you window and door replacement projects. My wife are very satisfied with the work that was completed in one day. The crew was professional and very skilled at their job. We were impressed at the look of both doors when the job was completed. I recommended THWAD to my sister, she just signed on to have her rear door replaced. Thanks again to Vitaly and crew for a job well done professionally and skillfully.

    Window replacement

    I am very happy with Eddy and his team. They did a professional job and the windows look great. The team was prompt and cleaned up the job site when finished. I will use their services again when I replace my doors. Thank you for a job well done ! Mrs. Renwick

    Excellent service team and products!

    We had 16 windows, 2 custom patio doors and one door insert installed. The quality of service was excellent from the outset. Vitaly spent time with us during the quote visit to answer all of our questions. We could see the high quality in all of the products. Our installation was originally scheduled for early April but due to the Covid restrictions, the installation occurred over the last couple of days. During the delay, Irina communicated with us every couple of weeks or so on the status of the delays, which we appreciated. Sergei, Oleg and Andrei did an excellent job with the install. They installed all 16 windows in one day and installed the flashing on the second day. The weather was very rainy but they never complained. They were respectful of our home, were very tidy and left no mess in our home. We were very impressed with how careful they were not to damage our custom window framework! They also cleaned up the exterior of our home. Upon completion, their truck hadn't even left our driveway when Vitaly called us to ask if we were satisfied with the installation. If customer service or feeling like a valued customer are important to you, as well as quality products and workmanship, then we highly recommend this company based on our experience.

    Patio Door Installation

    Installation date was within 2 weeks. 2 installers showed up at the agreed upon date/time. They were meticulous in their work and paid very close attention to detail. There was absolutely no mess at all plus they took away the old door and all the garbage. I would highly recommend this company.

    Entry door and windows

    I highly recommend Total Home if you are looking to get new doors or windows. I am more than satisfied with the end result. From the initial quotation from Eddy to the installation team, we were so impressed with how professional they were. Eddy was very knowledgeable about the products and made some great recommendations. The installers did a great job with the installation and left our house super clean. We had several quotes before deciding to go with Total Home and were glad we did. We got great results for a great price.
