    Replaced 7 windows and 2 doors

    Total home was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them previously and had a great experience. Out of the 5 companies I had quote, Eddy from Total home impressed me most. He was not the typical "sales" guy sent by some of the larger window companies. He was able to provide valuable insight and recommendations based on my requirements. He went above and beyond by helping source specific locks and hardware for my doors. The installer, Edward, was extremely friendly and professional. He and his assistant worked 10 hours straight for 2 days to complete the installation. They installed 7 windows (brick to brick) and 2 exterior doors. I was very impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

    Replaced front door, side door, basement windows

    We have met with a few companies but ultimately decided to go with the doors and windows that Vitaly had recommended. He helped us pick the best design and his quote was far better than competitors. We also visited his company's show room. The installers were skilled and did a great job. Can't be happier with our new doors and windows!

    Second time using them, great service, finishing, quality and price

    I've used them before for a front door and garage door. After an OK experience with them last time, I decided to give them a shot once again. I had all the windows and patio doors replaced and they did a great job. Professional and very clean work. Ben, Igor and Max did a fine job. They cleaned up the place nicely after they were done their work. Thanks guys! The place looks great now. After getting comparable quotes that were both cheaper and more expensive, I'm happy I chose these guys. I would definitely refer them. Call Vitaly now! You won't be disappointed.

    'Total' Home Window Upgrade

    From the very first consultation with Eddy, we have had a positive experience dealing with everyone at Total Home. We had taken meetings with a few other companies, and each gave their own speech about why their products and services were superior. The difference with Eddy was the fact that he took the time to really understand what we were looking for in replacement windows, and give us options about the type of windows for each room. Where other companies only recommended direct replacements of our 20-year old windows to the same type within each opening, Eddy gave recommendations on colour and how to replace multiple, smaller panes from one opening into a single, larger pane, in order to achieve the modern and contemporary look we were going for. Eddy was very open and honest throughout the entire process, which we appreciated. As we were replacing all of the windows in our home at the same time, we wanted to ensure every little detail was taken care of, which they were. The day of the installation, Andrii and his entire crew were nothing but professional, friendly, and extremely hard-working. They answered any questions we had throughout the installation and were kind enough to walk through and take care of any minor concerns/requests we had. As a bonus, the entire job was wrapped up within a day. The end result speaks for itself; we've had neighbours come by just to tell us how great the new windows look, and what a transformation of modernism the new glass and coloured frames made to the look of our house. Last but not least, Eddy made sure to follow up after the installation to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. He did not hesitate to take care of any minor issues we had, which shows Total Home cares about their customers even after the job is completed. I would easily recommend Eddy, Andrii, and the team for the amazing work they've done!

    New Entranceway and Bow Windows

    We were very pleased to hire Vitaly and his team at Total Home Windows and Doors. We obtained quotes from about 5 or 6 different contractors listed on HomeStars. Note only was Vitaly the best in terms of cost, he was the most patient and helpful contractor. His personality and attitude was why we chose to hire Total Home. We spent a long time deciding on which door design and colours, but Vitaly was very patient with us (he came to our house twice and we even had a tour of his facility). In the end, we were very pleased with the overall installation (Ben and his team were fantastic!). The installation team really knew what they were doing, were very clean, and were efficient (started around 9:30 am and finished just before 5 pm). We had our two bow windows replaced (over 50 years old) and had a new entranceway installed (bigger and more light). We have since recommended his services to a neighbour and a friend. Highly recommended! 10/10

    Whole house window retro fit

    Corner house 17 windows retro fit. Windows were ready one week earlier. Vitaly's guys did an awesome job. Highly recommend already giving away Vitaly phone number. From beginning till the and very professional. Very happy custumer.

    Replaced all windows, sliding door and front door

    This company, from the initial quote to the final installation was exceptional! The owner was fantastic at explaining all of the options and continued to be involved throughout the entire process. The installers were excellent, leaving a spotless workplace on a daily basis and providing superior workmanship. I would highly recommend Total Home Windows and Doors!

    Excellent workmanship

    The quality of work and the quality of the product is top notch. I work in construction and I was there when they were installing and I am very satisfied with the install crew and how professional they were. Vitaly was a very positive and professional sales rep which made it comfortable to deal with. My dog didn’t like the other reps from different companies but she warmed up to Vitaly so that’s good lol. I would have rated them 10 out of 10 but the office ruined that by calling us saying we never gave the down payment. I sent them proof that I did and she found it in the computer so the problem was solved but it still came up for us. Despite the office hiccup I would recommend them 100% and I already have gave Vitaly’s number out already.

    Window and door replacement

    The professionalism of this company is unmatched. Vitaly, Edward and the rest of the crew were a delight to work with. I will purposely be specific with this review to demonstrate the excellence. We had two 2nd floor windows replaced without a single scratch on the inside framework. The outside flashing looks like a picture frame - so neat and detailed! The inside front door was entirely replaced and the frame torn out and rebuilt around it. Perfectly done! The most extraordinary part is there is no immediate need to paint. The framing matches the colour of our decor so well! We thought we'd have to replace the outside front door on our porch but Vitaly suggested we only needed to replace the glass. How wonderful to be talked down from added expense! The glass was replaced and the trim frame came already coloured to match the inside (white) and outside (black) of our door. Such attention to detail! After a day-long job was completed, it was like someone had just waved a magic wand - two windows and two doors were transformed without evidence of anyone having been in our home! No paint to touch-up, no dust, no debris. Thank you for making our home feel and look more beautiful! Thank you to the entire team for your kind-hearted excellence. We will tell many people about Total Home Windows and Doors!
