We had our main floor completed renovated (new kitchen, hardwood floors, windows, powder room and front entrance ) From start to finish, my experience with NPC and trades was excellent! Natanael’s professionalism and knowledge in the renovation field is admirable. I would like to point out that Natanael was always easy to contact and always available to answer any questions/issue that could arise. The job was done within budged and planned time. We are delighted with our new main floor and definitely recommend NPC Building and Renovations.

Natanael and the NPC renovation team do outstanding work. We have worked with them for a few projects in our house and will definitely be using them for future work as well. Our ensuite bathroom was old and falling apart and we needed help!! We love our new space! They have very high quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Natanael and his team always reviewed all our options clearly and were accurate with costing so we were on budget and no surprises as the end. Also very clean and accommodating around our schedule given we have two small children. Thank you NPC team for your amazing work!

First off, let us start by saying that NPC totally outdid themselves when it came to our basement renovation. Not only did they start the job early but finished within the agreed timeframe - which is unheard of in my experiences with contractors. Natanael's attention to detail was like nothing I have ever experienced and we could not be happier. Even when we threw a few curveballs at him he handled those with grace and professionalism. I felt as if he was building a basement for his own home with the care he took to make sure everything was perfect. We have found our contractor for life. Thank you so much to Natanael and his guys. True professionals.

I hired NPC to turn my walk in closet into an en suite and to install hardwood flooring in my master bedroom. I met with Natanael, the owner, several times before work commenced and I felt very comfortable with the decision to have NPC complete the project. Natanael is enthusiastic and responsive. Everyone on his team was pleasant to deal with. I appreciated that he was invested in and accountable for his work and that issues which came up were immediately dealt with. I also appreciated that he met with me early on weekday mornings to accommodate my work schedule. I am very pleased with the end result which looks great. I only wish I had done this reno years earlier!

We had previously done a basement renovation with Natanael (NPC) about a 2 years ago and had had such a good experience that we decided to go ahead with a major main floor renovation. There were a number if issues and concerns particularly removing a load bearing wall. Natanael's quote was very comprehensive and professional. One of the things that makes Nataneal unique is that he listens well and comes up with great solutions and ideas to renovation challenges. Beyond being an outstanding contractor he is very creative and has a strong design sense. The workmanship was excellent. The trades people and team he works with are great and love working for him and with him. They are all punctual, professional and helpful. Everthing was done on time and as discussed. Often surpassing our expectations. It's often very hard to find people in the renovation business whom you can recommend without reservation. But NPC is that kind of business and Natanael that kind of person.

Natanael, you and your team were absolutely the best from concept through to completion! Our project consisted of the complete gut and renovation of two bathrooms, a laundry room and living room. In addition, we also had all of the interior doors replaced, all of the interior baseboards replaced, all of the main floor ceilings smoothed, closets redesigned, duct work repositioned, fireplace converted, a lot of new electrical and a complete paint job throughout the entire home. We were on quite a tight timeline with our project but Natanael started the project on the exact day he said he would and completed everything in a timely manner. The few little things that were left at the end were dealt with quickly and with total cooperation. Price wise we felt NPC were very fair and they stick to their quote, no add-ons unless it was something we specifically asked for. What they do add on is a level of quality, care and consideration that is exemplary. The NPC team are genuinely nice guys who treated our home like their home. They cleaned up at the end of each work day and were always respectful to us and our neighbors. We received a top quality product from a top quality company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering any type of renovation. 10 +++++Amazing job . We would like to say thank you Natanael and your execellent teams for the beautiful job carried out on Our Brand New Salon& Spa in Mississauga. Remember the first time when we met you that was three years ago and you did removed the low bearing wall at our Escobar house . The work was completed very good , the quality finishing was great with very reasonable price and on time.We were happy. Two years later in August 2014 , we knew you are very good in what you do and your schedule would be booked up very quickly , my husband wants to reserve the spot for you to build our upcoming Salon &Spa in Mississauga in 2015. Thank to my husband did that and you are really tried to work on your busy schedule to keep the spot for us because the new plaza kepts delaying and delaying.Without you , we dont think the salon can operate right now and still under construction. For that reason , you are such a patient person .You scheduled a big team from architecture , designer to employees to work with the project so many times very well manner , doens't matter weekdays or weekends . Jobs started from nothing, digging in the ground to do the foundation, running plumbing for 8 pedicure chairs , 2 shampoo sinks , 2 full spa treatments rooms with standing shower, a handicap washroom and electrical of all the lighting fixtures we have right now at the salon, it is a huge commitment&responsibilities. Specially the task at the hair station took so much time cause the details of the wall panel to put them up to the wall and remove the joints .You added on so many extra details & works as long as to make the job nice & right but never asked for extra charged. Beyond the expectation ,Natico.You are very young but your experiences and knowlegdes with a always possitive attitude, you will go very very far . If anyone concerns about your company for second though, please give them my number .Renovating a house already a lot of works , but building a commercial place , it would be a thousand things more but you didn't make us feel that way . Thank you!!! You make the place so beautiful and high-end with your workmanships. The quality can not be any better . You asked your team to run electric outlet with seeing no wires. We knew it tooks so much longer to do that than just get an outlet.But you wanted that. it makes things so tidy and neat .Thump up.The 6 manicure stations at a small area to fit all in and customers still can pass by these stations , it's requied a lot of skills and smart to do that . You did it.Work really well , Natico. How you scaled things with the desingers , perfection!. We are sure to do this project based on the drawing , transferming from paper to realistic are absolutely not simple . But you did it again . And not forgetting about dealling with the city of Mississauga werent easy . From framing inspection to final completion with all the rules and reguation of the city, buidling codes , fire codes ......but you made everything so smooth. No concerns at all . If we have another one , YES you will be our one and only one contractor .Definately no second thinking . we are very very satisfied with your finishing job .We love every single detail you put in.We have recieved so many great & possitive comments about the place and we are sure it will keep continuing. We can not describe by words .How much we are very appreciated you to take care of this job.It means so much for us and the place turns out so so nice,modern and very special than thousand thousand of salon and spa in GTA. You started from the scratch and it was a big project for almost 5 months. Words cannot describe how lucky I feel that we chose NPC and Nathanael for our complicated home renovation. The project involves removing a weight-bearing wall between the living room and kitchen that has all the electricity, heating, air conditioning, water etc supplying the second floor running though it; kitchen reno, living room reno, electrical and aesthetic work throughout the house. Nathanael is enthusiastic, very experienced and takes great pride in his work. Nathanael has high expectation for his team and his suppliers to produce the highest quality product. Everyone in his team is professional.They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up at the end of the day. Most notably, his painters-Yuri and Yuri - I have never seen painted edges that sharp. His tile guys did an amazing job with the stone wall and the kitchen tiles too. Nathanael is very intelligent. He really listened to what we wanted to achieve in the house. He went above and beyond, providing us with smart suggestions that not only helped us stay on budget but also saved us a few thousand dollars. Once you sign the contract with him, his commitment to you is unparalleled. He will respond quickly to your concerns. There was a problem with the quality of large kitchen island installation. I called him on wednesday night. He showed up thursday morning. He called up his supplier and they were back friday night to redo the installation, during which time he was with me in the house from 7pm-10pm on a friday night to ensure high quality finish. We needed to meet with him before leaving for work at 7am. No problem, he came to meet with us at 6am. Showed up on time as always with a big smile. We had an air conditioning problem to the second floor and we had thought that it may be related to the wall removal. No problem! He was at our house the next day, solved the problem and replaced all our air filters. When I was choosing a contractor for our renovation, I read over 200 reviews on 15 contractors. Met with 4 of them over a month and finally chose Nathanael. I wish someone could have just recommended him directly to me. Stop reading reviews, save yourself the time, go with Nathanael and you won't regret it.

Although felt it was a little pricy for the work done (it was a one day job), i have to say i have absolutely no regrets about hiring NPC to fix the mess the previous contractor had left behind. On so many levels, NPC came through and this is the first contractor that i have ever used (and I have used quite a few) that did the job properly and professionally. I will definitely use NPC again.
