NPC renovated my main and 2nd floor. After seen a basement renovated by the company I decided to give them a call for an estimate. I must say that I'm glad I made the right call. My house needed an extension since I only had two bedrooms and a bathroom, and in order to do so a mayor structural work was involved. At the same time my kitchen was renovated and the main floor was reconfigured to make better use of the existing space. Natanael and his team took care of the architectural drawings and city permits. I'm very pleased with the trades and of course how big and modern my house looks.

Natanael and his team did an outstanding job renovating our basement from a complete blank slate after we had the space dug out. From day one, when Natanael worked on the fly to find solutions to miscalculations made by our architect we knew we had made the right choice. We had a dedicated team for our renovation that showed up on time every day and left the space clean and tidy at the end of each workday. All subcontractors were skilled, respectful and did excellent work and the renovation was right on budget with no surprises. Natanael checked in on the job frequently and was always available to answer questions and offer advice. We were also pleasantly surprised on the last day when an entire cleaning crew showed up to make sure the space was sparkling clean. I would hire Natanael and his team for any future projects.

Natanael pitched in to complete a project that previous owners had left partially finished. He came quickly for the quote and to do the work. He was easy to work with, flexible and did a quick, clean job. We are very pleased with his work and his manner.

I bought a building of approximately 6500 sqf back in September 2016 which needed an extensive renovation in order to create a medical clinic. I interviewed three different companies; and since I met NPC Buildings' owner Natanael, I felt very confident. He was on time for our meeting and very professional on the way he addressed all my questions. His quote was very detailed which I could not compare with the other two that I received. The project took 5 months, and there were a lot of structural changes involved, new heating system, plumbing etc. I must say that Im very pleased with all the subcontractors that made the job possible, they all are very professionals and respectful. They took the time to explain me how each area would look like since I am not a good visualizer. The job site was always clean and accessible. I know that any renovation process can be stressful but it make a big difference when you choose the right contractor; and that was my case. I recommend NPC to everyone without any hesitation.

Im thrilled with the excellent job that NPC did in my house! I bought it (40 years old house) from its first owner and he never did any renovation or painting to it so pretty much the house was in bad condition. I decided to renew it completely. The project lasted one year,  there was new roof installed, interior  structure changes to allow me to make better use of the space, new bathrooms, basement, new windows, new kitchen. I would like to thank every trade that made the job possible and Natanael who was always on the site coordinating every detail. I will definitely recommend NPC Renovations for the professionalism and knowledge  of all the members of the team.

Our experience with NPC Building could not have been more positive. Natanael took the time to listen to our needs, and based on them he proposed us different ways to make the most of our space. The crew was very professional and respectful, and their quality of workmanship its extraordinary. Thanks to the team our basement its no longer an empty space, it turn out to be the part of the house that we enjoy the most.

My main and 2nd floor were renovated by NPC Building. There were walls removed in the main floor to enlarge my kitchen and dining since the ones that I had were small, and we also add a laundry/mudroom to the main floor. The upstairs bathrooms were done as well and they look just fantastic! The crew in general did an amazing job. From day one there was good communication between Natanael and us; he was always available for any questions. Natanael assisted us with the selection of the floors, tiles  and walls colours all his avdises and help were greatly appreciated! We are planning to do the basement next year, and Im sure we will have the same pleasant experience working with NPC again

Natanael and his team are outstanding. He is very easy to work with and genuinely wants you to be extremely happy with everything he does. "Problem" does not exist in his vocabulary, rather it's "anything is possible". Natanael and Pupi have the experience to tackle anything that arises with creative approaches that you will be very satisfied with. All his trades are extremely good too: plumber, electrician, mudders, tile mason, and painters all are skilled and take pride in their work. Everyone is polite, shows up when they say they will, work hard and cleanup after themselves. We are so happy with his work; we should be living in the basement rather than the rest of the house! We've already recommended him to neighbours. We'd love to have him back to do our upstairs kitchen. Eric and Lisa.

Natanael and everyone that he works with are really hard working, competent, knowledgeable and really trustworthy and kind people. We just completed a five month renovation that included a complete gut of the 3rd floor of our home of over 100 years old where every trade was involved including architect, engineer, plumber, electrician, taper, dry walkers, demolition, roofer, painter, tiler, custom cabinetry, glass, staircase and fireplace companys. They were all amazing to have in our house, very courteous and clean and did excellent work. We lived in the house during the entire job. We also replaced the windows in the entire house and put oak hardwood floors and custom cabinetry on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We had an inspector who was very difficult and Natanael dealt with him with professionalism and grace. The budget was exactly what was agreed on except that we added some out of scopes items and we found some unexpected stuff inside the walls in which he charged us a very fair amount to fix. The job was delayed slightly but we are beyond happy with end result. It's better then what we ever imagined. We would recommend his team to anyone and I would use his team in a heartbeat again. The quality of the end result is outstanding and nothing that we inquired about ever bent him out of shape. He is excellent manager and knows his trade well. You can always count on him to manage any job without stress.

Natanael and his team renovated my entire house (main and second floor, and walkout basement) and after a year we have a beautiful house. Our friends and family are amazed how he has transformed our 45 year old traditional house into a modern, bright and open concept home. He is a solid person, trustworthy, fair and keeps his promises. Natanael always responds very promptly whenever I phone, text or email him. I definitely recommend Natanael to anyone looking for someone who is a perfectionist with extremely high standards.
