Everything about this company is the essence of professionalism. Their brochure, and the way in which relevant information is presented, is extremely comprehensive. The owner and their staff were punctual, their appearance was neat and clean, their manners and attitude were friendly, courteous and polite, and most importantly, they are extremely competent and skilled in completing a superior job. Even before the job was started, they were tremendously helpful and accommodating. They were thorough and organized with their work, meticulous in the clean up, and everything was done in a timely fashion. Moreover, after they had completed the job, Liz Jonasson took the time to follow up ensuring complete customer satisfaction. I felt like I was dealing with “family” rather than a company. I am presently retired but in the past I worked for a Human Resources Management firm in Hamilton Ontario. During my years with this company, I was an author, trainer and consultant. I have written several specialized Customer Service Programs for many area businesses and trained their employees in this subject matter. I most humbly say that this past business experience qualifies me to judge Absolute Home Services and the way in which they deal with their customers. I am pleased to pass on this information to you. Absolute Home Services is truly a cut above and I would (and did) recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

Exterior painting job of upper deck railing at cottage on Lake Joseph, near Parry Sound. Absolute's estimate was within $100 of our other estimate. They completed the job when promised, finished before August long weekend (yeah!), involving high ladder work, even replaced some rotten wood, gave 2 year guarantee. Liz, the owner, is very experienced and professional. We recommend the work of this company.

Liz and her team did a first class job painting a hard to get to peak on the exterior of our house. They were punctual and the quality of the work was great.

Entire interior painted ( minus 2rooms, trim and inside closets). Absolute was fast, friendly and clean. Looked great. Any touch ups needed they were happy to do and immediate. Exterior was front door, garage doors and posts on porch. Again, fast and friendly. Professional job, for a great price!

I had my the entire inside of my house painted this spring. We found Absolute Home Services to fair priced and very willing to assist with us on colour scheme throughout the entire home. They accomplished their work in 4 days so we were only in a state of paint for a brief period of time and we were able to get our home back to being a home very qucikly so that we could enjoy our new colours. Very friendly and professional staff. We are now going to have them paint the exterior of our home. We would definitely recommend checking them out for your painting needs.

Liz from Absolute Home Services was great, making the trip from Burlington into Toronto to give a quote; others refused to come from out of town to give a quote unless I did the measuring to obtain a quote via email/phone. I wanted to go with an outside Toronto firm as I found the outside GTA prices cheaper so having someone come in and do it professionally for a quote was important to me. Liz also took some time to hear about what I planned to do with the condo unit to gave advice on what walls to select if I wanted to give some colour to a few areas, and also advised on colours. The crew was able to do a 1000sq foot condo, incl trim, in one day (3 coats), which was a relief. The work they did was excellent, incl correcting a few areas where first attempts to paint the unit myself were made. They were also a relaxed, fun crew.

This company completed a major painting project of our Mississauga home in April 2013, including difficult ceiling refurbishment. Their work was totally professional, as per quotation, and promptly executed. Liz and her crew certainly have the customer service mandate down perfectly. We received a quote about a year ago from Absolute. When we contacted Liz, she visited with us and honoured that year old quote. Liz was very helpful in making colour selections and suggestions. The crew arrived on time and completed the job on the date promised. Everyone that worked on our house painting was courteous and respectful of our property. We had a minor issue with one of the workers damaging a garage door. Liz was quick to respond and make it RIGHT. I highly recommend Absolute for home painting.
