    Roof Replacement

    I recently had the roof on my home replaced by National Star Roofing, and I could not have been more pleased with the ENTIRE experience! From start to finish, they were professional and courteous, and they did an excellent job. Alex and his brothers would always go above and beyond with our requests. The roof looks great, and they left the workspace clean and tidy.

    Reroof of my house

    We had National Star roofing reroof my house and my two neighbours at the same time. They came highly rated and they disappoint!! They did an amazing job, and were very cost competitive! I can't thank the guys enough, they worked long hours to get the roof completed quickly and efficiently, and kept the worksite very clean. Alex and Andi were very professional and responsive, and recommended some fixes to our roof (improved venting and guttering) that will help improve the longevity of our roof in the future. I would highly recommend National Star to anyone. Thankyou to Andi and Alex (and the other folks at National Star!).

    Reroofing of a large private residence in Lower Springbank

    We highly recommend National Star Roofing company! It is a family-run business which, very recently (June 10th ), completed a total reroofing project on our home in Lower Springbank. From start to finish, they were highly professional! Sokol responded very promptly to our request for an assessment and brought a team of people to assess complications that might have been an issue due to the number of large skylights that we have in our roof, plus our decision to change from tile to shingle roofing materials. In addition, our home is quite large and was designed with many different angles on the roof. The project began shortly afterwards, with shingles chosen by the owners ordered and stored. A reliable and extremely hard-working crew of 10 workers arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled day to begin the project. Aleks and Tony took charge of the supervision, trouble-shooting and problem-solving. Thanks to long hours and extremely hard work by the team, the removing of the old tile roof and complete reshingling was completed in 3 days. National Star, also, has access to other sub-trades who were contracted and arrived promptly to complete the installation of the new fascia, reinstallation of the eavestroughs and conduct some stucco work. We commend the entire National Star team for their hard work, excellent quality of product delivered and high standard of service. Congratulations!

    Replacement of cedar shake roof

    Rick & I are so happy our roof is completed & it looks beautiful. Very impressed with the quality of work done. National Star Roofing has great people. Sokol was so helpful providing a very detailed quote & answering all our questions. He called immediately when a weather window opened up & luckily the work was completed in 3 days, just prior to a recent snow storm. Alex, the owner, was on-site each day checking on the progress & discussing any issues or recommendations with Rick. John, Gino & Marta were very hard workers, who obviously took pride in their work. Site was cleaned daily. As a family business, everyone worked to make sure we were completely satisfied. For us, National Star Roofing was a definite 10 out of 10 & we would happily recommend them & would hire them again.

    Roof Replacement

    Highly recommend National Star. Easy to communicate with, finished the job quickly (within a week of calling for an assessment), and price came in under what we would have expected. Very nice people to deal with!

    Excellent Roofers, Excellent Value

    I was super impressed with this company. They re-roofed my flat roof and my conventional asphalt shingle roof Excellent work, fair price. Super value They treated my home like it was their own! I highly recommend this roofing company.

    Repair of damaged roof

    When my moving company ran into my roof and soffit with the back door of their truck I was devistated. The house was sold and the new owners would have to be satisfied with repairs. I called National Star, they had done a super job 8 years prior replacing the roof. They were able to repair all damage to roof, soffit, facia and came up with a great idea to repair a hole in the siding as well, going beyond their usual scope of expertise. The new owners were happy with the work, and it was completed within a month.

    BUSINESS EXCELLENCE – From Start to Finish After our first exceptional experience with National Star in 2013, they once again exceeded our expectations for the recent roof replacement at our second property. This family-only business continues to be a class act. They do not sub-contract which ensures quality oversight and continued meticulous workmanship. We received a detailed cost quote using high quality materials which were expertly installed. Their professional and pleasant roofers continuously maintained a safe and impeccably clean work site. Working with professionals of high integrity made our whole process easy, efficient and stress- free. Despite the increased work hours required for our complex roof and opting to go the extra mile to help with additional items, they maintained the original price quoted (greatly appreciated). National Star is a credit to their profession and we wish them continued success.     Roof replacement

    We purchased a new house at the end of the season last year (2020) and felt it needed to get a new roof, as it looked to be at the end of its lifespan. I contacted a few different companies with high ratings. Some were more expensive and some didn't even bother to reply at all. The quote I received from National Star seemed to be fair for the job, and so we decided to go with them based on quote and the reviews here. Sokol let me know that it would be spring before they could do it, which wasn't a surprise as we headed into winter. When it started to look like spring I made a mental note to give them a call and see what it would be done, but before I could they contacted me and made arrangements to get the roof done the next week. The actual replacement took a day and during this time Sokol let me know about the shingles and provided me with the warranty. The whole process went smooth and was done quickly with the yard being left clean. They also noted an issue with the bathroom vent venting into the soffit, an issue I was aware of, and was able to install and attach a new roof vent for me, so I no longer vent the warm bathroom air into the soffit.

    Roof Replacement

    I am very happy with NATIONAL STAR Roofing service from the beginning to the end. Sokol and his team were fantastic to deal with, combined with fair pricing and responsive communication. I got 4 quotes before I made my decision, NATIONAL STAR Roofing is not the lowest quote but they are the most cost-efficient and the most professional in my opinion. They did a good job on site as well, they went above and beyond to ensure everything meets my expection. They had everything completed in a day and a half. They helped me fix the fascia metal board with no extra cost even when it wasnt on the quote. Would definately recommend using National Start Roofing.
