They are the ones who spend those extra hours a day, sometimes till 10pm, to insure your house gets a solid roof. We have families too and we understand how important their home is. Hi Carl, I am very glad to have you and your family as our clients. As much as we would have liked to help you with the soffits and insulation. We are a group of 9 relatives that work together who are committed to keep the business running the way it is now. Therefore we cannot do any other work but roof installations. Quality wise, it is best to choose expert of each field of work needed. Regarding pricing, we try to be fair to every client, no matter what season or situation it is. Hi Ashton, thanks a lot for doing this for us and the people reading. It was great to be able to help you and your next door neighbor with your insurance claims and most importantly build a solid roof. Repairs are not something that we do, but we do a temporary fix on a house that has a roofing issue but we cannot get to replacing it right away. We come from a culture that puts a lot of importance on a man's word. We believe in promising as much as we are sure to deliver. Then we can do any extras that will make the house look better, although not related to the roof directly. Promising more than they can deliver is the problem with a lot of construction companies today. Before the salesman has your commitment, he will throw anything they can think of to get it. Once you have signed it is a different story. Subcontractors or employees will get on your roof and actually do what they care about, do as little work as possible and go home as quick as possible. The group at National Star Roofing runs as a unit. No matter when, before, during and after the job you as a client will be treated with respect and with professionalism. Your property will be treated with care, as if it was our own. We can afford to take the extra time needed to fix smth that needs fixing, even though it is not in the quote. We will tell you if there is anything you should do to make your home better and if there is anything we can help with, we definitely will.
